As an affiliate marketer
As an affiliate marketer, my experience with REDTOP’s affiliate program has been extremely disappointing.
I spent approximately two months running paid advertising campaigns and successfully generated tracked affiliate sales. The commissions accumulated to around $600.
During their review process, I fully cooperated and provided everything requested, including campaign screenshots, traffic source information, advertising details, and additional documentation.
Initially, I was told that commissions could not be approved because some orders were recorded after the advertising campaigns shown in my screenshots had been paused. When I questioned this explanation and pointed out that affiliate attribution commonly relies on cookies and attribution windows, the explanation later shifted to a policy position regarding PPC traffic and direct linking.
At no point was I accused of fraud, fake traffic, self-purchases, or any other specific violation. The sales were tracked in the affiliate system, yet the commissions were ultimately rejected after extensive review.
Affiliates considering this program should be extremely careful before investing money into paid advertising. I strongly recommend obtaining explicit written permission regarding PPC traffic and direct linking before spending any advertising budget.
I am sharing only my personal experience and the facts documented in my email correspondence with REDTOP.
