Excellent price, product and customer service. I had pretty much given up on non-OEM cartridges for our HP printers. Too many problems. The ones from Refill Bay are relatively inexpensive and generally work well. On the few problems we have had, their customer service and quick response has kept us up and running for a couple years now.

The rep helped me to place my order for 3 toners. I needed help to figure out the right toner I needed. He gave me my options, placed an order via chat for me, and call me for payment. I was very pleased. Would order again.

I purchased four printer cartridges from Refill Bay a few months ago. After only about a dozen pages of black
text the black stopped printing, after a few phone calls to Refill Bay I was sent a replacement black cartridge.
About a week later my color would not print and indicated the color was empty. Since my printer will not print if one cartridge is empty I couldn't print in black. I emailed Refill Bay and told them the problem.
They sent me a replacement color cartridge within a days!!! Now, that's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER CARE !!! MY THANKS TO THE ENTIRE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM AT REFILL BAY !!! Tim Silva

Excellent support. I was having trouble with communication between my printer and the cartridge. Patrick walked me through a quick fix and the issue was resolved immediately. Very satisfied customer!

My favorite thing about Refill Bay is they have hard-to-find ink cartridges. I have an "all in one" printer from 2010. Local "office supply" stores gave me a blank look, a shrug, and a "No" when I tried to find refills.
Even the printer manufacturer's online site doesn't carry the ink cartridges anymore. I thank my lucky stars for Refill Bay! They carry the correct ones, at an incredible price and ship them quickly!

I received a defective printer cartridge in my order. Patrick was very kind and efficient and sent out a replacement cartridge for me. Thank you.

I have to say it took hours to finally get my cartridge properly installed in my printer. But and that's big But, Bob the chap helping me was incredibly nice, patience and terrific!!!!!! I would definitely use them again, because of HIM.

Ordered 3 cartridges to meet the $45 free shipping and was charged shipping. Web page doesn't give a chance to review order before hand or I would have seen the shipping charge before ordering.

The item was showing in stock online so I ordered. Waited 10 days and no shipping confirmation was provided. Later I called to check and they told that the order was cancelled because they do not have it in stock. They never emailed me and did not even send a refund. I had to call and ask for a refund.

They are of zero help. do not care about their customers. Their product is absolute trash and that is where it ended up. SHAME on this company!!! I just threw away $10 on a product that didn't work. When Iu called support the jerk on the phone couldn't care less. Well, as promised I will let as many people I can to stay away! DON'T SHOP HERE!!!

Recently I have contacted RB with a question about my last purchase. The person I spoke to was very helpful and courteous, and helped me make the decision to purchase a new cartridge. The products, the prices and the people will keep me coming back to RB. The notifications of available sale coupons is also a plus, because I like to save money.
