I have been a customer of Refill Bay for several years. Recently I requested a return on unused cartridges purchased from Refill Bay. My printer no longer worked and it could not be repaired. In purchasing a new printer I needed different cartridges. Your customer rep (Sam) went above and beyond in helping me obtain a return authorization. He also followed through after my item was returned. I was able to use my credit in purchasing 2 new cartridges for my new printer. I will always be a customer of Refill Bay.

I've been buying from Refill Bay for almost 10 years. There prices are low, there products are good, and they have great customer service.

Always great prices; always given discount and response to emails are prompt. Appreciate their business and will continue with purchases.

Refurbished Hp #60 cartridges printed about 5 pages then the printer kept displaying the message "at least one printer cartridge has problems" I sent multiple emails without Any response and no success by telephone. They took my money, I got a Defective product that didn't work. I would Never recommend this company. Scamed out of my money

They are CROOKS!! I bought a cartridge of ink from them, which was empty upon arrival. When I reached out via phone, someone told me that I had to put alittle water in the hole, because it may be alittle dried up. WHAT?!! After I reached out again, he said he'd send a shipping label for a return, and a refund. No such label was sent, and when bbn I shipped it back on my own dime, I received another ink cartridge about 3 months later. I explained via email, that I was promised a refund, which has NEVER BEEN RECEIVED to date. Just alot of back and forth and running around. They are well aware of the fact that they are SCAMMERS!

I had the same experience as another reviewer: I ordered two cartridges, one worked and the other did not. Since I installed the second (non-working) cartridge 13 months after purchase, Refill Bay would not stand behind it.

I ordered two ink cartridges (just in case one didn't work) and sure enough, one didn't work. The other did, however, when I contacted customer service about the first one, I only got one reply (from Sam) asking about what I did to troubleshoot and never received any further help. The cartridges are cheap enough but not when you have to order two sets at a time and can't get help from customer service when they don't work. Because the cartridges were cheap, I may give them one more shot IF I can get past the lack of customer service. But, currently, there's no way I could recommend this company to anyone without explaining my situation and recommending other companies I've dealt with, first.

I ordered an HP 60 black ink from them and when it came, it worked for 2 days. I contacted them via email and spoke to someone named Sam, who told me that the ink was dried up and the "ink valve" needed to be wiped with a damp cloth to work. I was like "what in the hell?!" I proceeded to do just that but nothing changed. Just so happens, that my neighbor who works for Staples check the cartridge and told me that is was empty. Refill Bay is selling empty cartridges for full price. I've since contacted "Sam" abt the replacement that he promised he'd send and to date, there has been no response. Spend your money elsewhere, because this company is a fraud!

I love Refill Bay, prices are so low and shipping is fast. I'm using it for few years now and recommending it to all my friends.

Surprised to see such positive reviews. For me it was like buying from a very bad eBay seller. Order was over a week late. Very unprofessional and unaccommodating. Not accredited by the BBB. Go figure.

I ordered 3 toner cartridges and they showed up on my front porch the very next day. Cartridges appear to be very good quality. I am very pleased with this kind of service.

Sam Parker, the C.S.R. that helped me today in a very professional manner. He had every answer for each of my questions. He was very nice, friendly, courteous , professional . Refill Bay should look for more employees like Mr. Sam Parker. He has kept me a Refill Bay Customer.
