I was spectacle about their products. To try them out I purchased iPhone SE. The phone condition they sent was very good. as described in the website, they had provided a charger and cable. For people who value functionality over specifications, refurbished phones are way to go. For those who are wanting to have refurbished goods I recommend zoo.

The order did not arrive for 5 days

Wrong specs upon receiving the items..its cheating

i got same day delivery and it was so fast.
it was a sony phone and the condition looks brand new.

The attention and effort to close the deal was amazing. I would recommend to everyone

after buying product, i checked few reviews here and was dicy whether product will be good or not. I opted open box delivery service and found product is actually in showroom condition. I have been using the same from last appx. 20-25 days and it is working absolutely ok.

There is one suggestion to refurbzoo, customer support provides solution in layman language and may not be that professional. You need to add more customer support.

However, full ratings to the product.

Like many of other clients here, I have to give this company 1 star review. Please avoid this place at all costs.

I was in chats over the past few weeks to buy a S23ultra ultra from them. We agreed (so it was hard proof written on the chat):
1. I would come by in the office to inspect the phone.
2.
That I would get a 150 AED discount because I'm a new customer.
3. I would get an original charger and cable with the phone.

When I arrived there, the guy first denied me to come and see the phone..while we repeatedly spoke about it.

Then he said there was no original charger+ that the discount was not applicable because it was already a few weeks since the first message.(Mind you: the discount was for first time users and didn't have an expiration date).

In short:
Won't deliver as agreed before and will try to overcharge you.

Very irresponsible shop. I ordered superb condition iPhone 13 and they send me very bad condition one with bluery lens error. I can't even take normal photos or videos. Don't buy and stay away from these scam folks!!!
