Absolutely useless software. Purchased to expediate an email migration and the URLs they have configured for Amazon Workmail are incorrect so the software was unable to connect. Requested a refund as the migration was needed to be done urgently so an alternative method was used and they refuse, Telling me I can work with their technical team to resolve fundamental basic issues. Using incorrect URLs in your software isnt for your customers to test and fix, thats your own development team. Chargeback on the card incoming and ild recommend if you need reliable software, AVOID

Refund received MINUS £10.20 which seems this is where their SCAM works by withholding part of the refund for supposedly transaction fees. Avoid at all costs. Nothing by a scam

I purchased Regain Outlook to PST Converter recently (20/06/2025) and found it good and easy to use for PST to CSV conversions. In the light of this good experience I purchasing Regain Excel to PST Converter a few days ago to convert CSV to VCF format to transfer my updated Contacts List over to our laptops and smartphones.

This second process is a bit more complicated and thus I have followed the instructions such as mapping the fields (columns) however key information in six key fields (Columns for:- BusinessStreet, HomeStreet, HomeState, HomePostalCode, Webpage and Notes!!!) fail to appear in the VCF files created for import elsewhere.

The email addresses listed for both Sales & Tech Support by Regain's Software are currently not available and thus reliance upon a Gmail email address and their online message / chat had to be used.

Issues raised concerning problems with file conversion of all data in relationship to contacts has been resolved today and the software works well - however I hope that Regain Software is able to overcome its emails & contact issues for the benefit of other users.

I had to upgrade my computer and had my old PST files which failed to open, I used Regain's Outlook PST Recovery software to successfully repair and recover my PST file. That saved my day. I would recommend this recovery software for anybody looking to recover their outlook PST files.

I have used their product " OST to PST Converter" to convert my corrupt OST files. At first, I checked their reviews on the same site and was a bit doubtful.However after using their free tool and getting assured i purcahsed the tool and for me it worked like a charm. Their price is also pocket-friendly i mean it worhts. Especially it speeds like around 100GB takes an hour.

I had purchased their product 1 week before. Its known as Mbox to PST converter. This product was not able to convert those files & was continuously getting stuck. Even their support engineer was trying to do the same process on my computer for almost 3 days. But even he was not able to convert my files. When finally this product was useless for me, hence I asked for refund, on which that support guy is saying to drop email. I am sending Reminder email from last 1 week but non of its employees are even bother to reply or call back. This clearly states that this company is just a money minter & bluff product makers. The are even not answering our calls too. Hence guys please be aware for buying any products from such company henceforth.

I can say, it is a good company. very supportive attitude of their empleyees. I had used their software.
