I stayed at the 2 bed flat in Twickenham for around 2 weeks in total and was extremely happy with the condition, decor and cleanliness. The service was also very good as well.

The beds were comfy and teh price at the time was very reasonable. Probably because it was off peak.

Would recommend staying there.

From my booking to checking in was so smooth and easy. Very clean apartment located in an awesome part of London.

It is really spacious flat, all appliances was working, convenience store was literally downstairs.
I stayed 3 weeks and the stay was pleasant. The only thing that could be improved is that there was no mirror in the bathroom, a bit difficult to remove or apply makeup.

The house was extremely well kept, plenty of bedding, towels, and even some fresh snacks!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed at the Luxurios Apartment,Getaway in Clapham,London.
Apartment was gorgeous, well maintained,very clean and had all the appliances and gagets for an enjoyable stay.
Location is brilliant for local bars,shops and cafés and near to local transport to commute.
Andrei was brilliant, very polite and helpful check in and communication 5 star.
Would definitely recommend and will be using again on our next visit.👌

We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment in Clifton, Bristol. This property let us down in many ways. There is no parking, despite what the listing states. Street parking is paid and has a 3hr limit, preventing us from leaving the car whilst exploring Bristol. The photos show a bright, airy flat but in fact the flat was in the basement and very dark and dingy. Very shabby and in need of a face-lift. It was also dirty - cutlery, plates and mugs were dirty and needed washing before use. Bedding was dirty - stained pillows that smelled bad and the beds had clearly not been changed since the last occupants. We stayed 1 night and left early the next day, cutting our stay short. Communication with host was good but despite promises to investigate the issues, they did nothing, refusing to refund me saying I didn't give them chance to rectify the problems. Airbnb were brilliant and refunded me in full.

It took 18 days for my £300 deposit to be returned and I had to ask for it twice. Stay here at your peril - you have been warned.

It was a very nice experience and we have had all the support needed from the staff.

Jag bokade mitt boende via Airbnb, men kvällen innan ankomst – kl. 22:30 – avbokade Regal Stay plötsligt utan någon som helst förklaring. De gjorde inte heller något försök att hjälpa mig hitta en lösning och hörde inte ens av sig med ett ord. Detta lämnade mig och min dotter i en mycket besvärlig situation, där vi i sista stund var tvungna att leta efter ett nytt boende. En extremt oprofessionell och helt oacceptabel hantering.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and well-equipped accommodation in Twickenham. If you're seeking a spacious, clean, and well-maintained place with exceptional service, this is the perfect choice!

1) Honestly as an international student, it is quite hard to find a short-let in Bristol. It was quite lucky to find a such place near to the university, has a good environment and with a suitable monthly price.
2) Monthly cleaning services have been done well. The cleaners are friendly.:)
3) The agent and team replied things in time. Although I encountered some problems like water leaking in my room during my tenancy, the team contact handyman to do the repair. It would be great if they can do the repair more quicker next time.

I am happy to leave a 5-star comment for my experience in the past three months. Happy new year and hope your apartments can provide more guests great staying experiences.
