DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! If I could give them zero - I really would! I hardly take time to write reviews but the behaviour of this company is despicable. Please do not be deceived by the images which have been cleverly taken - specifically for the Nottingham location which I stayed at for the weekend.
The bathroom was actually grim and disgusting but advertised as 'luxurious with modern amenities'. Only to realise during our stay that they had excluded the bathroom images from the listing. It's worse than a 2 star hotel. The bed linen and towels stank - honestly just a disgusting experience that I would not want anyone to go through. You can have nice images but if the place lacks comfort and is grim - it really is not worth it!
The worst part is that they do not even care / aren't bothered. If they had called after I flagged this up to try and make things better, I would not be writing this. Instead you will be responded with pre-written emails that are insensitive and with zero care!
