Staff were all very lovely and welcoming, made my vaccinations very easy and I was out in 10 minutes :)

I was given the wrong vaccine - on raising this with RSC admin I have been ignored. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe - I still don’t know what vaccines I have received. I will be raising with with a regulator to take this further

In short, I paid £95 and did not receive a 60 minute consultation with a GP, but to listen a 15 minute sales pitch from the nurse practitioner.

I sat and explained my symptoms for a few minutes, and had my weight and blood pressure taken. After this, the nurse sat down and turned her computer screen to face me and spent 15 minutes showing me the website and talking to me about the screening packages on offer which ranged from £995 to £4995.

I was told to dismiss everything the NHS has done for me over the last 5 years and to start again with their screening. She did not care about me, my health or my situation and simply launched into a well-rehearsed sales pitch. She did not have anything else to say after I said I was not interested in more blood tests, the majority of which I have had within the last month as I told her multiple times, and I left after 25 minutes.

Worth noting that when I asked about the complaint procedure, I was advised to email the admin team at the clinic. The T&Cs tell you to email resolutions@.

I came to the Newcastle branch, I originally rung up and was in within the hour, far quicker than going through big retailers and a very similar price.

Very friendly staff quick and straight forward

I had a super bad experience at Regent Street Clinic Bristol and wanted to share this as a warning. I went in with a serious sore throat, but they only asked one question about my condition before immediately trying to UPSELL me a premium check package that included an STI test, which had nothing to do with my symptoms. They did not examine my throat at all: no tonsil check, no lymph node check, no proper assessment. The focus was on SELLING an expensive package rather than treating my actual medical issue.
This concern is not just based on my experience. There has already been documented news about this company. Regent Street Clinic in Nottingham (same company as Bristol) agreed to stop posting fake reviews on Trustpilot after being caught, which was reported by Nottinghamshire Live in November 2024. Knowing this, it raises serious doubts about how trustworthy their 4.6/5 rating really is.
When you look at the reviews, many of the positive ones seem suspicious. They tend to be vague, repeating similar phrases like “great service” without any detail about the treatment, diagnosis, or what actually happened during the visit. In contrast, the negative reviews are much more detailed and consistent. Common issues mentioned include hidden costs (for example, being quoted £30 but charged £95 on arrival), no GP present during appointments despite being charged for one, aggressive upselling of irrelevant packages etc.
There is also a CQC warning notice from 2024 relating to the Bristol clinic, including issues like unsafe vaccine administration (such as expired vaccines and incorrect rabies dosing) and lack of proper staff training.
If you have concerns about this clinic, you can check the official Care Quality Commission (CQC) website by searching “Regent Street Clinic Bristol” to view inspection reports and warning notices. If you experienced unsafe care, you can also submit a complaint directly to the CQC. In addition, misleading or suspicious reviews can be reported to both Trustpilot and Google to help ensure others are not misled.

I went in today for hayfever treatment and I couldn’t be happier. All staff were so polite and professional. It was clean, tidy and a calm place to be. I was completely fobbed off by my nhs GP so decided to look elsewhere and landed here, I’ll definitely be returning in the future aswell as recommending to friends and family.

Really friendly GP(Rebecca)and reception(CC) very helpful and understanding. Even if results take days to come out it is still far faster and more decisive than NHS. Though it is quite expensive but that's not really within their control.

So quick and got booked in the same day as a I rang up for express rabies vaccine. Before booking in I was very stressed that we wouldn’t get the rabies vaccine in time, but this was extremely easy and we’re all covered for our trip!

I had an amazing experience. I went to get vaccines for a trip to India. Caroline was incredibly helpful and informative. She gave me a load of really great advice on how to stay safe, as well as giving me all the vaccines I need. The clinic had every vaccine I needed on site, so I could get all my vaccines the same day. Caroline was also really great about explaining the different options for vaccines. All together, a really great experience.
