I had an excellent experience at Regent Street Clinic Nottingham. I booked a private primary care appointment with Nurse Vali Kaur, and from start to finish she was professional, kind, and incredibly reassuring. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, put my mind at ease, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the 40-minute appointment.

Vali also discussed my case with the senior doctor to ensure we had the best management plan, which gave me great confidence that my care was being thoroughly considered. She explained all of the costs clearly, including laboratory fees, so there were no surprises and everything was completely transparent.

The clinic itself is beautiful, spotless, and very welcoming, creating a calm and comfortable environment. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident in the care I received. I would highly recommend Regent Street Clinic Nottingham to anyone looking for high-quality private healthcare.

It was easy to make an appointment, staff was nice and helpful and was able to understand my issue and the steps I can take to solve it very quickly, perfect for any urgent concerns or concerns you don’t want to wait a month for otherwise.

Booking process easy and efficient. Handy reminders for the appointments. Met with a friendly face with Adele. Rebecca was very welcoming and professional, discussed the reasons for recommended vaccines. Confident with her knowledge and care. Thank you

I went to the Oxford clinic. The nurse was very kind and helpful.

We were dealt with quickly and efficiently, although there was a problem over our appointment booking. Fortunately, after the initial confusion, the receptionist CeeCee did a great job of sorting things out and finding it (a name and a date of birth had been taken incorrectly).

I received my travel jabs today at Travel Doc. The team are super friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again for future jabs and recommend them to others :)

Went to Southampton Bedford Place travel clinic. CC, Caroline and Rebecca were all so friendly and welcoming to the clinic. I had to visit twice for my jabs and received the same warm welcome each time. The clinic is clean and the service is so quick and informative, I'd recommend to anyone looking for their travel jabs.
