The staff was very friendly and helpful. Payments were set very reasonable .

I feel that I was not given a fair amount on my loan and feel it's totally based on my credit score. If the company looked at all 3 credit bureaus , they would see I am making an effort to get back on track based on an income reduction. I am trying to rectify the situation, however I feel as one of your customers, it seems like that goes unnoticed.

I have taken loans with this company for a few years and they are always able to answer any questions and help me with any problems that could arise. Great staff very professional.

I received the most arrogant, offensive, and probably illegal letter today offering a loan of $2400 with an interest rate of 50%. This is totally outrageous. I am going to find out if this is legal. I'm sure the Mafia would like to hand out 50% interest loans. No one in their right mind would get a loan from these sharks. I'm going to let everyone I know to never do business with Regional Finance Co. Of Utah. They have a boatload of nerve charging 50% interest. I'd like to give them a negative 5 stars for a rating.

The company made it super easy for me to increase my loan amount over the phone. I did not have to waste time jumping through hoops with an AI phone rep or press a gazillion digits on my cell phone in order to speak with a human. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
