I’ve only ever had effective support from these guys and they respond quickly. Best I have seen in s/w industry.

I had a lots of problems downloading Videos and pictures from IPhone, I had a lot of problems downloading pictures and mainly videos from my iPhone to my computer for backup.
I spent many days in the last two years trying to extract videos and pictures in many different ways.
I bought other software to do it and had no success.
I am working in high tech developing software and products so I know what I am doing.
A Few weeks ago, I found Reincubate, iPhone Backup Extractor Premium.
I started using it and it worked extremely well. Really saved me!!!!.
I finished doing a full backup for two iPhones using the product.
I was able to extract all videos and pictures
About 50000 pictures and 2000 videos for each iphone.
It was quick and easy to do and the software did not crush.
I had a few small problems and questions and Dan Lucian was great.
He answered all my questions and solved all my problems.
The support I received was first class!! I could not have continued without Dan.
I recommend this product to anyone that needs to backup iPhone or extract anything.

Reinucbate provided rapid support when I needed it, they personally answered my questions and if I wasn't able to resolve the issue (I wanted the ECG app on my iwatch which is not available in Australia due to their TGA rules), they were happy to provide a refund.

I would absolutely recommend these guys, did a great job and provided support when needed and backed themselves. That is very rare in the software world (try getting a quick and clear response from apple for apples IP68 warranty exclusion)

This product enables me to extract what I need from backup files. Good product.

I didn't buy the app, because it cost 60 usd, and for me is difficult to spend that kind of money and have an usd bank card (i live in venezuela), but i could use the free option that allows you to download 4 chats from whatsapp, and i saw that the app is very friendly and fast. If your data is very important to you this is a perfect option to recover it. the support is excellent. The problem that i had was that i made a backup of mi iphone 5s with itunes in windows vista, and when i tried to restore it, itunes sent me a message that an error has ocurred (without numbers). Hope this be useful to you

Excellent service

I have a 1st generation iPad Air, which although is supported by Reincubate Camo, was having some difficulty with a frozen screen. I contacted Reincubate and they assured me they were working on this issue, which was great to hear! I am using the free app.
UPDATE: The glitch has been fixed. I just finished a 2 hr. Zoom meeting with impeccable results. Not only did it work but my iPad was the best webcam in the group. Reincubate Camo is an excellent product because it makes the best out of equipment I have on hand. 5 stars!

Easy to use. Just connect the phone and it’s there. The computer app is easy to work with. The camera looks great in video conferencing with ability to make adjustments. Can’t wait for the new updates coming up!
