Hi There, dropping a quick review in favor of Rejigg. I've met several members of the Rejigg team(in person and on calls) and have always found them genuine and trying to build a platform that works for all parties involved. I think their model is desperately needed in today's smb acquisition market and they are the best tool I've found. There are other tools out there but not as reliable or with their level of service.

It is a simple platform, connecting buyers directly with owners. It is very easy to use and target specific businesses.

Rejigg is solving the problem of "cold calls" -- they reach out to business owners and take on the task that feels insurmountable to many. Their proactive approach means that searchers and search funds (among others) can save themselves the time, energy, and cost associated with cold outreach. Business owners, on the other hand, can skip the intermediaries and speak directly with prospective buyers to gain market insights first-hand. I've been able to connect with several business owners and have had great conversations, currently working on a second LOI from an introduction I had on the platform.

The Rejigg platform is a trusted platform doing a great service. With so many businesses transitioning generationally at this time there is a lot of noise in the market. We've been impressed with the quality of deal flow and transparency provided by both the platform and the Rejigg team. Strongly recommended.

Rejigg is a great platform for buyers who want to build rapport with sellers early in the process. In my experience, deals fall apart in due diligence because of lack of trust. If the trusting relationship is there from the beginning, diligence findings can be analyzed objectively and problems can be solved with both sides working as a team.

If you’re serious about buying and want a cleaner, more direct experience, Rejigg is worth it.

The Rejigg team has also been very helpful, particularly in assisting with finding diligence partners.
