Spammers. Gloat how they hire a team to “cold call” hundreds of thousands of people and leave cryptic voicemails — and ensure email addresses of management appear nowhere online. Reminds me of the modus operandi of the “pig butchering” scams you read about. Needs a class action filed again them.

We had set up with Rejigg in December for an attempt to sell my business. Within a week we had a solid potential buyer. Negotiations went on for the next few months and finally closed in late May. Negotiations are directly between buyer and seller. I thought this excellent since those with direct interest are involved directly face to face. No third party with other potential interests or potential misunderstandings were involved. It did, however, require me to come quickly to speed on the mechanics of selling a business. It was a challenge energetically embraced and generously rewarded. I had previously considered selling my business through a broker. The broker had wanted 10% of the sale price to facilitate the sale. A little effort on my part and that 10% remined on my balance sheet. Kudos to this process.

Rejigg also referred an attorney to assist in closing the sale. She was detailed, pleasant and well understood my selling interests.

I was introduced to Rejigg through my brother who was in the process of selling his company through Rejigg. He was very happy with his experience, closing in about seven months after being listed on Rejigg.

Great experience with their whole team

I placed my small (but growing) business on Rejigg without much in the way of expectations. I wasn't planning on selling the company outright, but was willing to take on the right partner. Several investors reached out and we had productive discussions, but most wanted to buy me outright or at least a majority stake. Conversations with one investor continued, however, and we agreed on a very fair price for a minority stake, with the expectations that his experience taking small companies to the next level would do the same for us. A win/win. We're only a month in after closing, but so far the investor has been as advertised, and Bobby and Flynn at Rejigg assisted as much or as little as needed through every step of the process.

I've never sold a business before, but based on what I know of the broker world, Rejigg seems like a far and away a better option.

In an era where we will experience the largest wealth transfer in history, Rejigg has built a better mouse trap. The traditional model for selling/acquiring businesses through brokers is broken, riddled with huge fees, barriers to communication and unfulfilled promises. Rejigg has brough a solution to the market that promotes open/direct communication between buyers and sellers for a fraction of the cost. Well done Rejigg!

The CEO got upset that I might be reaching out to owners to ask about seller financing. Why do they care if I am paying them 1.5% for every deal that I can close. Anyways I was told platform was not designed for that purpose and got booted out after asking for an introduction to a couple of the Sellers. My subscription was refunded. IMHO Seller financing is an acceptable form of a deal structure and as long as the owner is ready to take the risk based on a buyers profile platform shouldn't care. Most deals nowadays have some form of seller financing involved.
