I have always been a giver, hustle queen, ride or die partner with my previous partners. But none of them stayed and the one that stayed never provided the masculine leadership, protection or the presence my heart deeply desired. Finally I decided that there must be something in me that needs fixing & I was right. This doesn’t mean I have a low self worth, but means that I wanted to take care of my part of breaking this pattern. I have been searching about femininity and authenticity program but mostly they were theoritical and I didnt know how to apply it to my
daily life. My mind get the knowledges but my body could not apply it because so many old habits and beliefs that always run on autopilot. Until I met David. I think Nirvana program is a gamechanger. I started to watch the videos and I found many liberating truth there. This week I do the inner pathway practice and I do it many times a day. I feel a strong energy that flows through my body everytime I do that practice. Sometimes the energy feels very powerful as if my chest were going to explode. And this practice is really magical! After 1 week doing this, I notice my voice changed. It becomes deeper, calmer, more powerful and I feel some soft echoes behind it. At first it was occasional in some moments only. But on the last few days I experience it the whole day even I am not really aware of it. This week so many times I feel suprised by my own voice while speaking. I discussed it with David and he said it happens because my throat, heart, and cervix are relaxed and soft now.
