It was poorly packaged and deformed when I received my shoes. i tried wearing it, after 30 mins my foot hurt sa badly the name itself does not relief/relieve my foot pain it got worsen. I tried to return the shoes and get a full refund but they said Refund is not an option they can only give you 20% of your money. I will not recommend buying shoes to this company again.

This company promises free shipping, 90 day satisfaction guarantee or you get 100% of your money back, and easy returns. I bought the shoes which hurt my feet the first time I put them on. The heal of the left shoe kept slipping back like it was on a too big high healed shoe. Very uncomfortable. So I asked to return them. They wanted pictures. I gave them pictures. then they offered me a replacement pair of shoes if I paid the shipping. I also had to pay shipping of the return of the shoes. Each offer I said I just wanted my money back and a paid label to send them back. Each time they came up with a new offer: keep the shoes and they would reimburse me 10% then up to 20%, 50% then up to75% off my next purchase(why would I buy from them again?), but never have they offered the 90 day 100% reimbursement for the customer dissatisfaction. So far I have received nothing. this company is a scam and they take your money, promise everything and give you nothing. avoid them like the plague.

I purchased two pair of shoes and I had to returned them because they were not going to work for me, I requested a return within the policy time frame , has been months since I followed up and sent a few e mails about this issue and they never reached out to me , it seems like the company is not legit and don’t know how to get my money back …I’m very disgusted with this situation never had this issue before … PLEASE BE AWARE AND CAREFUL !!!!! I've lived at address for 20years,have placed many orders,QVC,Amazon,etc,NEVER had address invalid,I wish I had read reviews before placing order,I want my refund immediately, I figured this company is a scam,haven't received no any reply for request for refund,not giving up without going through some legal processing

Waited weeks to get the orthopedic clogs. When they were delivered, they were the wrong size from what I had ordered & much too large for me. After reading the other reviews on here, I will not even bother with trying to return. What a rip-off company!

This a terrible fake company. I haven't received order yet. I noticed wrong size I ordered. I tried to send an email 3 times to get correct size. It keeps saying undeliverable and I tried to call number listed, it states transferring to voice mail. I looked up tracking and it says still in China and won't be delivered until July 17. Now I just want a refund. Website has a Wyoming address. I am tired of not getting any response. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Very bad product. Worst Quality ever. They Refused to REFUND and also asked us to send merchandise back on our own. Then they Never Responded any messages. DO NOT LOST YOUR MONEY THERE!!!

I ordered $40 worth shoes three months ago..when I tried, they were small size than I ordered. They were not good and poor quality. They gave money back guarantee when returned within one month. When I tried to return them, there was no proper address. Finally, I found address in the Internet and send them with postal fee of $20. Till now they didn’t refund me. It was a total waste of money…

Do NOT buy from this company. Bought work shoes and a back brace. Spent about $80. When I try to get a refund they say my order number is invalid and the other order number states that it hasn't been delivered yet. Its been over a week and no one has helped me with this mess. Ive tried emailing and calling. Nothing works! They are a scam! Im reporting them to the BBB and I'll go as far as I need to in order to help someone else avoid this garbage. I repeat do NOT buy from these thieves!!!

Bought two pairs of running shoes they do not support the arch in my foot as claimed and they actually caused more damage to my feet than improve them and they are the worst pair of shoes and customer service has not returned any of my emails or contact us so I'm out of luck out of pocket do not buy from this company and if you do buy from this company then buyer beware

Reliefly is not a trusted company & lies about their return policy. They will not refund or return any new or unused shoe that doesn’t work or fit. The company needs to be closed down.

it took 2 weeks to get the shoes, they came in a plastic bag, and from some guy in California. Who the hell is he? Shoes look cheap and do not fit. You can not get a hold of anybody. The shoes do not look like the ones on the web site! 😕 Beware buyers!🚫

I ordered a pair of shoes from Reliefly which I received quickly. But here’s the problem—they don’t fit and I can’t get any answers as to how to return said shoes. They want me to pay an additional $10 to get a 2nd pair which I declined doing. Since I declined I have had no contact from them. I have sent several messages asking for information and a refund. Buyer beware!!

I ordered in the promise of the shoes being delivered within two business days I finally sent them an email asking when is my shipment going to be shipped so 12 Days later I finally get my shoes at the door and I wore and my feet was in excruciating pain the shoes were nothing like described it felt like I was walking on the freaking concrete my feet hurt so bad too I couldn't even walk for two days the whole weekend I just got them on Friday those shoes are not wearable and I wasted my money and send emails no response I don't understand why this company is not being by the USA this is a total scam and total fraud please avoid this company at all costs I'm on low income and can I have my !money just waste it like this!

I brought 2 pairs of sneakers that turned out to be a little short. I emailed the company 2 times for a exchange, then I requested a refund because I didn't get a response from the first 2 emails. I have yet to hear from anyone. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes, given a message to click here for 10% savings and they sold me two pair of shoes, one at 10% off. For over two weeks I got a message saying "temporary failure" than after about 30 emails it said "permanent error" and they could not deliver my shoes. No answer to the emails I sent, no shoes, and no refund.

I have made two separate purchases with good service. I am getting overloaded with e-Mails and have been attempting every week for 6-months to unsubscribe with no action from Reliefly

I would add a zero start if possible - I placed an order with Reliefly on September 2. Their website promised shipping within 2 business days, but nothing was ever shipped, and there was no tracking information or real communication.

Their “support” email bounced back as invalid, and the only other contact was a personal Gmail address that went unanswered for a few days. Then, days later, a robot started responding to me with the same copy-paste message over and over. They even added a fake “tracking link” in the emails that didn’t exist. When I took a screenshot and pushed back, they suddenly sent a tracking number — but when I entered it, it only showed “China transit” and never moved.

This entire operation is a total scam. The company pretends to be US-based but is clearly shipping (or pretending to) from China. These fake “merchandise” operations should be banned by US fraud detection authorities from targeting American consumers. I had to file a BBB complaint and demand a refund and file a dispute with my bank.

Avoid this site at all costs.

I bought a knee brace from this company. It is much too big - sent them several emails looking for help, no response whatsoever. I finally found an email address & submitted a return request- On 19th March their reply states: “Your return request has been submitted successfully. We'll email you once it's been completed” I’ve heard no more since then. No return address, not a word. The 30 day return window is running out fast.
