Excellent item and brillant customer service

I'm very satisfied thankyou. Well priced and comfy wheelchair wish I'd got the bag for back though. Delivery was fast and helped me in with it and took box off thankyou and fits in car boot perfectly thanks for making my life easier

The rollator's build is robust and very practically arranged for ease of use, the shock-absorbers, initially felt to be a little too stiff and unyealding, but after adjustment (loosening off the adjustment nut) they made for a smooth ride, considerably reducing the jarring effect of uneven paving surfaces.
The seat is very comfortable, handy when you're feeling a little tired or under the weather.
Folding the rollator could not be easier, you simply pull-up the red strap that is on the top of the seat itself, and the two sides simply come together with very little effort.
Delivery was exceptionally fast, ordered one day - delivered the next.

As we use this on a Riser/Recliner chair which has to go under one side of the chair, the seat is slightly reclined to the other side. Would make sense if an equal height spacer were available to even the chair. Apart from that it is a strong, well made table and indispensable to my wife.
