Remote does not turn units on and when you are applying them to your lower back you have to feel your way around. The remote does however turn units off. Your video link doesn't work. I would like to see a video on how to use the unit on lower back and hips.

The company kept me informed about a delayed delivery and regular updates on where it was. I have used it for a week now and the lower back pain is getting better every day

The product is excellent, but the Customer Service is extraordinary. One evening I emailed CS with some basic operation questions and the next morning I received step-by-step instructions which were much clearer than the user manual. I sent a 2nd email with a minor question and got a reply the next morning. I'm into the 4th day of using the System and can feel some results already. So, I'm optimistic about the long-term end result.

At this time i gave 4 stars only because i just received a week ago and it's too early to know if it works for sciatica as I am at first stage, Comunication is very good and product over all looks excelent only down is price of the replacements pad,

Even though it took a little longer to receive the item I had ordered, the company notified me right away that they had a problem in shipping...I've now been using the relivex for three days and I already can feel the difference in my legs...hopefully it will continue to get better...

It was shipped rather quickly especially since I found out it was shipped from China.. but the device is not working properly having problems with the one side and with the remote control and not holding the charge long enough.. I asked to return it but I need to send it to China and pay for return shipping to China and then wait for a refund? How long will that take?. .. I'm not satisfied with the product.. although customer service reacted quickly to my concerns. This has been a horrible ordeal for me and I feel I wasted my money on a product I can't use. The ReliveX has not helped my pain. I had high hopes for this. 😢..If it worked better maybe I could have given it more stars..

Relieved my Sciatica pain. Gives me relief short periods with back pain which is getting longer relief with every time I use it.

Took longer delivery than expected. Some problem with factory flood issues ?
I have used this device for just a few days but not long enough to determine if it will ease my severe Spinal Stenosis pain.
It looks a well made quality product.

Slow delivery but answered all my emails quickly.
Ive had this device now for 3 days it works well and seems to make a diffdrence although bit early.
Order more sticky pads,im not sure they will last that long.
Gives realy powerfull pulses and you know when you turn it up.

I have spinal stenosis and was sceptical about how or if it would work for me. I can honestly say how surprised I am that already my core is being strengthened and for the first time in 2.5 years I am standing more upright! Yes I still have pain but I am hopeful that this too will improve

There communication was outstanding...I had a problem with the tracking not working a couple times and emailed them and they emailed me a new link right away and explained that there was a situation going on that my shipment was going to be late...very upfront and forthcoming to keep me informed...loved that!!!

Apart from an unexpected delay the ReliveX arrived in perfect condition, the opened product looked smart and very well made. Trying it for the 1st time is strange but once you get used to the feeling its fine. My very arthritic back feels slightly better but its early days so I'm very optimistic and positive.

Like everyone else, I was very sceptical about this product. It is very easy to use only15 minutes a day. I use the product every night after my shower. I find it does ease the sciatica pain down my left calf. I have spinal stenosis & it relaxes the muscles in my lower spine. I wondered if it would work using it whilst my severe pains were at the worst as when I get when out of bed. I am very happy to recommennd this product. They eased the pains immediately.

When I purchased on-line, it was a single puck system. Now I see advertised double (2) puck units. Are the newer units better and would it be worthwhile to "upgrade"?

Was a bit sceptical about this item but willing to give it a try as back pain still there after a laminectomy 4 months ago. Happy to confirm after 3 x 15 minute sessions pain duller & feel better movement in lower back. As a golfer I look forward to the season ahead if this machine continues to help my mobility. Its also easy to use, the only thing I didnt do when ordering the initial purchase was to order extra pads which I have now done as I know the machine is going to help me.

I am very happy with your service team and the product

I was very excited to try Relivex and so far I am not disappointed. Extremely easy to use and no wires like a traditional TENS unit. Everything is neat and compact and the whole charging case is very well thought out. I have been using it twice a day in the morning and night in 15 minutes sessions. I definitely get temporary relief which is to me no small miracle. I am a realist and know that it won't "cure" my back injury, but it is definitely giving some short term relief in the short time I have had the unit. Hopefully continued use will result in more relief.

I just received the product a few days ago and started using it. It feels good and I like the different types of styles and frequencies that are available. I need a little more time to really see how it helps but so far so good.
