I had to wait a while for the product to arrive but this was apparently due to a flood in the warehouse. Upon receipt, the device appears to be of good quality but it's too early to say whether it is effective as I am only 3 days in and so far there has been no benefit. The one thing I am unhappy about is the cost of replacement hydrogel pads. Apparently they need to be replaced after about 30 times use which amounts to 15 days. This makes the device rsther expensive if you want to use it on a regular basis

Relief:

Within days of using the device I started to feel some easing of the sciatic pain.

I am in my third week of the 90 day relief plan and hope that the progress continues.

I was extremely dubious about this as it did take a long time to arrive but now that it has i am very happy with it. I have used the tens machine previously and get a similar result from this product without all the wires getting in the way. After working out how to pair the pads to the machine it seems to work very efficiently. I would reccomend it if u have an issue with your lower back. 1 down side would be the cost of replacement pads but i guess if wanting to get relief from the twinges thaey are worth it.Thanks

Took a long to receive the product. It is well made but I have only used it 3 times so cannot see yet how effective it is

The company was very good in communicating why there would be a delay in shipment. I received the product in good order and so far am pleased with the ease of use. I have only used it twice and enjoy the relaxation it brings to my back. I expect good results after prolonged use.

ReliveX has worked excellent on my low back, leg, and palm. I use it often to relieve my pain from a lot of muscular pain and a carpal tunnel. The ReliveX is very easy to use plus being very portable. I take it on trips.

I am really impressed with NMES DEVICE I noticed an improvement with pain level going from 10 down to a comfortable 3 just after one use on my lower back and it has helped me to start walking around the block again with less pain and discomfort

Excellent communication with me, even when there was an initial delay in sending the package out. The information provided was clear and extremely helpful. Too early to say how effective it is but I am confident. It will take a few weeks.

Not had this product for long tried it out yesterday on my lower back and I was really impressed with it

Please be very weary of this company who charged me double for one of the product, it seems to be a scam Company ,I emailed to cancel the item 5minutes later only to get a a reply saying the item
Had already been sent out , put then I got another email hours after asking would I like to add to my order at a discount to go on the same delivery, they are praying on the sick and elderly , give this company a total miss , I will be up dating this from time to time ,

Having been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis of the S1 - L4,L5 leaving me in constant pain when I stand or try to work for more than 5 mins, I needed a solution to move my muscles while I cannot exercise.

I have found it soothes the area and although it has solved or cured the issue, it has certainly keeping me moving. My back and core feels stronge and I’m confident that longer use may just reduce the pain…hopefully!

I’m only 6 weeks in, but definitely alleviating pain.

Product is good delivery was slow The price of replacement pads is outrageous

Although I had to wait 6 weeks to get delivery of the unit, after using the Relivex for a week now, I can definitely notice a difference in my pain level. I have several herniated discs in the L4 to S1 area and nothing has helped in 10 plus years. I will continue using the unit to see if my pain continues to get better.

I received my Relivex and immediately used it on my lower back. And I continued for a few days and the throbbing discomfort has deminished. The only thing I would suggest is that the pads last longer u gave only had this for a month and already had to replace the pads. Other than that it is easy to use and I love that I can travel with it.

From ordering to receiving everything was excellent. I had a slight accident with one of my discs. They replaced for free. Outstanding customer service. Have already recommended to family and friends.

The product was delivered in perfect condition and well packaged. It took a bit longer to arrive than I had expected due to warehouse issues but there was continuous communication and tracking updates sent on a regular basis.

Stay clear, £132 didn’t receive the items, then the subscriptions start £43 that you don’t agree too, when you raise a PayPal claim they try to blackmail you into closing the claim before they’ll refund you. The managers Dana won’t refund unless the claim is closed. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!

I didn't know what to expect but when it came it was a very solid product and it's helping my chronic back pain .
The remote is very simple to operate and I love that the storage box also acts as a charger

It certainly takes some getting used to and know what the different numbers and strengths are on the remote. Since I need to use the pads on my lumbar area, it’s awkward to manipulated the gel pads and know exactly how to adjust the pads when I cannot see them. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
