Absolutely disgraceful experience. I ordered a custom office table four months ago, and despite the goods clearing customs on 27 August 2026, I still have no delivery date or ETA. Numerous emails have led nowhere, and customer service is practically non-existent, with communication limited to WhatsApp.
Four months of waiting with no clear answers is completely unacceptable! Don’t be fooled by a flashy website. Based on my experience, I strongly urge buyers to think twice before ordering. Extremely disappointing and frustrating!

We sincerely apologise that your delivery experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing this has been, especially as you were waiting for the table for your new office.
Your order was a large furniture item shipped from China to Australia. Although the shipment arrived in Australia successfully and completed customs clearance, the local delivery process experienced an unexpected delay during the final warehouse handling and delivery arrangement stage, which resulted in a longer waiting time than originally expected.
We have continued following up with our logistics partner throughout this process and have also reviewed this experience internally to improve delivery communication for future customers.
