We were so pleased with our pet ashes frame, it was beautifully made and actually looked better than we were expecting. No regrets getting the optical glass, it looks really good.
We now have something lovely to keep, and display proudly at home.

Beautifully made. The only reason I didn’t put five stars is if you have a small dog the collar is to short in length to fit in the ties provided. The ties are not movable. We ended up having to cut them out and nicely tape the collar in. For small dogs it might be better to get the cat ashes holder.

The seller worked with me before the sale to get the picture right and I really appreciated that. Shipping was very fast and packaging was excellent. It looked better than expected and the workmanship seemed very good. I was so moved when I opened it that I cried!

Amazing product. Much larger than I realized and also so heavy. You can tell it is so well built. Also sent an updated ashes tote at no extra cost due to my mistake explaining it.

Looked for ages for an urn, but didn't want the usual traditional ones. The frame urn I ordered is simply the best product on the market, but on receipt, every single expectation was smashed. The quality is unbelievable and you can see that it has been made with a lot of care. It is heavy, robust, and quality in every way. I am SO glad that i found this company and whilst i hope not to need them too often, when i do i will definitely buy from them again.

Amazing frame and quality. I’m am extremely happy with my sisters dog’s memorial frame. It’s such a special gift. The craftsmanship and quality is truly beautifully done. They were very helpful with the process and getting things just how I wanted. We are so happy with it.

The frame arrived really well packaged and is of excellent quality (and quite heavy). Alin kept us informed and made sure the frame and wording were correct before sending. Just a note to say pay the extra for optical glass - we were too upset to think about it properly and got standard glass and wish we had paid the bit extra (we were too busy thinking about the wording). We still love the frame and it is a great memorial to our beloved and much missed little boy. Would highly recommend and I defy anyone not to start crying when they open the package!
