I recently switched over to Remindoo CRM and I’ve been genuinely impressed with both the software and the team.

During my trial, the team were absolutely amazing. They helped onboard my clients, set up my settings and made sure everything was ready for me to use. Changing systems can normally be stressful and time-consuming, but they made the whole process completely stress-free and did so much of the work for me.

The software itself is also brilliant – it has everything I need in one place and is really easy to use.

Amazing service, great support and a fantastic system. I would definitely recommend Remindoo!

Remindoo has made a real difference to…

Remindoo has made a real difference to how we manage our accounting practice. It brings client information, tasks, recurring deadlines, workflows and reminders together in one place, giving us much better visibility across the team.

The automated reminders and task templates reduce manual follow-ups and help ensure that important filing deadlines are not missed. The system is straightforward to use, flexible enough to suit our processes and has a clean, modern interface.

I would highly recommend Remindoo to accountants and bookkeepers looking for a practical and reliable practice-management system.

We moved to Remindoo after struggling…

We moved to Remindoo after struggling with multiple disconnected systems for tasks, deadlines, proposals, and client communication. Having everything in one place has genuinely improved the way our firm operates.

The automated workflows, Companies House deadline tracking, proposal management, and email visibility have helped our team become far more organised and proactive. The platform is modern, easy to use, and clearly built by people who understand how accountancy firms actually work.

One of the biggest advantages for us has been the unlimited user model and the flexibility to scale without worrying about per-user costs.

Remindoo has saved our team a significant amount of admin time and improved internal accountability across the firm.
