Hello people don't use remit choice agency because they have bad customer service, I am using their app for more than 2 years every day issues, last September I send money to Ghana, the amount is 10,000 Danish kroner, after it show pending and I call them and ask them what is that, they told me they have technical problem,but is not true they lied, after I check online I find out Ghana government block them, so I call them I want my money back quickly, it takes 7 days before they gave my money back, after they call me back and they said now they are resolved with the Ghana government, so October 30th I send 8,000 Danish kroner, and they mistakenly sent to wrong person, they the receipt I received after transaction is correct nothing changed, so I call my daughter to confirm if she received the money I send, she no I quickly call Remit Choice and they told me I should wait until tomorrow maybe technical issues ,so the next morning I call my daughter and ask if she received, said no, I call Remit Choice and I ask them they should check where they send my money to, after they check they send to wrong person, and I took that number gave to my daughter to call that person, and after she contact the wrong person, and she quickly call MTN Ghana to block the money, now they block the money, but up to date remit choice did nothing to reverse my money back to me, more 1 months now, very bad service 🇬🇭 🇬🇭

I made a transaction. The transaction was canceled without any reason. The money was needed urgently and now I’ve to wait for 3-5 days for a refund and then I’ve to make the transfer again.
I contacted the customer service regarding the issue. The service was really slow and didn’t offer much help.
Wouldn’t recommend.

I MUST SAY REMIT CHOICE IS NOT GOOD. I SENT ON MY (GCASH ACCOUT FOR SAVINGS) LIKE 11AM( ITALY TIME) AND ITS 820PM STILL NOT DEBITED ON MY GCASH ACCOUNT AND ALWAYS SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED BY THE AGENT ONLINE. ITS NOT 1ST TIME FOR ME ITS 2ND OR 3RD I THINK BUT THIS THE WORST TIME

If negative stars were possible, I’d give them that.
This service used to be reliable, but over the last six months it has become a constant source of problems. Every single transfer I’ve made required me to contact support just to get it processed.

My most recent transactions were created on 21/11. I made four transfers: two were credited, while the other two are still on HOLD. One even shows as paid and the other as ready, yet nothing has actually been received.

Great service friendly and helpful staff and account manager mr Abdullah if i dont mention his name its not fair he is too good very helpful i send payment to my family regularly and few time i need help and beneficiary bank were saying payment not ready while i was on call brother Abdullah phone beneficiary bank and my brother received money within minutes great service highly recommended
