From my first contact with Lauren, to every interaction with her office staff, to the considered and constructive feedback provided by the team after each viewing, I have been thoroughly delighted with the expertise and professionalism.

But that was only the beginning, things really got interesting when we decided that it was best to do some work on the property.

Lauren did a tour through the apartment with me at 3:30 on the day of of settlement, by 5 pm she had lined up no fewer than six tradesmen for the next day to come through and give quotes. Within three days we had settled on painter, builder, electrician, curtains, and carpets.

Lauren was with me at every step. She has effectively project managed a minor renovation, within three weeks delivering not only a completed project, but also a well qualified tenant, at the right price!

Such a fantastic team, we are feeling so grateful to have had them recommended to us. Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and generous with her time before we even became clients, and Daphne handles everything so efficiently for us that it has removed so much stress from our lives. I can't laud the Rental Results team enough. When I purchased an investment property I initially planned on managing it myself as I have a real estate background. However from my first interaction picking up the keys at the office, I changed my mind as I was immediately impressed with their professionalism, systems, attention to detail and most of all genuine friendliness. When I decided to move into the property myself, I didn't hesitate to ask them to represent me again with my other property, and they found a great tenant at record speed. Daphne, Lauren and Connie are so customer focussed, efficient, and really persistent even with any out of the box type matters, that they will always go the extra mile to make sure the property investment experience is hassle free and profitable.

Great communication and regular updates during our rental campaign - the team managed to achieve a very short vacancy of 3 days between tenancies and a $20 p/w rental increase. Great service as usual.
