The team are all wonderful
The team are all wonderful, organised and so helpful. Things are fixed in a timely manner. Correspondence and communication is always impeccable and the underlying systems used for logging maintenance and viewing rental receipts are fantastic. All these things make it very easy for tenants and help make the agent-tenant-owner relationship very amicable and easy.

Changing Tenants
Connie and Daphne were really responsive during the process of changing tenants. I always felt that I knew what was going on with the new tenant inspections (Connie) and what was happening with regards to the exiting of the old tenants (Daphne).

Outgoing inspection report
I've been with Rental Results for the past year and I'm constantly astounded by their performance. The latest example of this was the outgoing inspection report for a property. The report was completed to the finest level of detail. This is extremely important to me because I want a property that's always in top condition for prospective tenants. There are countless other times that Rental Results has gone beyond my expectations. But I can't list them all here :)

Lauren has managed our investment properties since she first started Rental Results. We have nothing but praise for the way Lauren, Daphne and Connie manage our affairs. Strongly Recommend Rental Results - Daphne and her team. The Best Property Management Agent
Daphne and her team have be looking after our property in Brisbane very well since we bought it long time ago.
They chase the strata company to clean and repair the common areas and common issues of the whole building. I cannot do better than them and don't know others who can do better than them.
They advise us with their expertise about when to extend the contract or terminate the contact at the right time and situations. They always give us best advices.
They inspect my property very well each time They get the tenants to clean or get the maintenance items repaired well.
We are very grateful that our property is at right hands.
We really like to refer and recommend Rental Results to any one looking for a good agent for their property!

Never disappoint!
As always, Rental Results sorted out a new tenant quickly and efficiently. Sounds easy but my previous experience with other agencies tells me otherwise. All the RR team are terrific- their follow up and problem solving skills are second to none. Wouldn’t use anyone else!
