Daphne took on our two properties that had been very badly managed by another real estate agency. She had so much to clean up for us due to the previous agency's incompetence and she just dove in and got it sorted it!!! Not only is she professional but she is very personable which definitely helps with difficult tenants. After having such a bad experience with another agency and then finding Daphne, I seriously cannot rate her highly enough. She is just fantastic!!!!

I did my research to find a Rental agency to look after a property we own in
Brisbane. I have used rental agencies before and have not had a very good experience.

They are excellent in keeping the client informed of the status of their asset - whether it be in the process of bringing it to the rental market, overseeing maintenance issues or providing detailed updates / record keeping.
In one exchange, Rental Results provided an 'owner update' due to the recent COVID-19 concerns amongst investors regarding issues that could arise with their tenant. Rental Results committed to provide regular updates and assured that should a tenant indicate that they have become affected, Rental Results would work with the tenant to look at available options. This provides peace of mind.
I have found that the team are readily contactable, approachable and offer non biased advice based on their experience, to gain maximum benefit for their clients.
