Each step of this process moving into our new home was so easy and smooth.

Rental results is a cut above the rest
Rental results is a clear standout for property management in Brisbane. After a decade of using other companies to lease my property portfolio i changed to Rental result and only wish i had of done it sooner. Lauren and the team are very professional and have a high level of service. They had my 3 properties rented with a week. I cant thank them enough.

Not all Property Management companies…
Not all Property Management companies are created equal. Having had a very bad experience with a previous Property Manager I’m so very pleased that I found Rental Results. Telephone and email queries answered promptly, they are pro active about looking after your property and are on top of any new legislation.

Very efficient
Very efficient, regular communications, regular inspections, regular updates of regulations and safety protections for tenants. Payments always on time.
By comparison, other agents that I have dealt with, would get 1-2 stars.

Rental Results has managed my property for the last 3 years, during this time the have found me, good quality tenants carried out regular inspection, advise me on any issues that require immediate attention, provide easy access to a portal for me to check all information involving the property. At the end of the financial year, all information is compiled in an easy to read format for me to forward to my account. I could not speak more highly of Rental Results and their staff.

Rental Results is fantastic. Honestly their service is 5 Star. We have been with them for 5 years and are extremely happy.
