Heel arrogant persooneel ze praten en lachen steeds ondermakaar eigeneer oude man is heel onvriendelijk, ze vragen steeds extra kosten en vragen andere prijzen dan dat er opstaat, we hadden 4x skiemateriaal gehuurd , tijdens het inleveren hebben ze gezegd dat we eentje niet hebben terug gegeven maar dat was niet het geval , uitendelijk hebben ze het 4de terug gevonden waar ze het hebben gestoken en nog geen excuses nog altijd grote woord in hin eigen taal, slehte service zijn niet dankbaar kom er nooit meer naar heen

Furthermore, the name provided does not appear in any of our booking systems or internal rental records. While we understand that not every interaction leaves a digital trace, a rental for four people would normally result in at least one identifiable record. We have found none.
All our prices are clearly displayed both in-store and online on our official website. None of our rental shops apply random or arbitrary pricing. Any additional charges, if applicable, are always clearly communicated and linked to defined services or conditions.
Regarding equipment returns, a standard verification procedure is carried out precisely to avoid misunderstandings about missing items. If an item is temporarily misplaced during the check process and later found, this is normally clarified immediately by the local team.
