I have been scammed
I have been scammed! Im still trying to get my deposit back! Not happy at all about the situation as im not in the best situation as it stands either! A company like this should be more vigilant and do regular checks.

We would like to gently clarify that Rentaroof is an online listing platform and not a letting agency. While we do carry out regular checks on the agencies that advertise with us to ensure high standards, we do not manage the properties, handle tenancy agreements, or hold security deposits. Consequently, we have no direct control over the return of funds post-tenancy.
As we cannot act on your behalf, we highly recommend to contact Citizens Advice. They provide excellent, free guidance on tenant rights and can help you take the necessary steps to reclaim your money.
We have also sent you an email to get in touch and clarify the situation further from our side. We truly hope you are able to get this resolved swiftly with the agency involved.

I did the free trial and logged interest for 4 houses, I called and emailed the actual estate agents, which I got through getting the free trial, and they got back to me saying they don’t have those houses on their record😒
