Rent A Sauna Reviews

What a great idea to rent out saunas. I love that I can try it out before committing to purchasing and also that there’s no obligation to purchase. The sauna quality is great, literally brand new, and the team have been amazing to deal with too. It’s great that they come and set it all up so it’s ready to use right away. We’ve only had our sauna a couple of weeks and so far I’m loving the health, detox and relaxation benefits.

We love our new sauna! Jordan was great in organising a time that suited for installation, explained how to use and maintain it and took away packaging so it was ready to go straight away. I've used a lot of infrared saunas and this one seems to give the best results without needing really high temperatures which is nice. I liked the idea of renting so I could try it first, but will definitely be buying it after!

Rent a Sauna have been great communicators the whole way through and it’s been so nice to be able to rent to try the sauna, whereas other companies you have to invest in the purchase first.

Set up of the unit by the installers was super quick and we have really enjoyed the quality of the product!

I recently purchased the Nook Sauna 2 Person Elite, and the entire process from ordering to installation was incredibly smooth. The team was not only professional but also very friendly, patiently answering all my questions throughout. They even followed up after the installation to ensure everything was working perfectly. The sauna itself is fantastic, providing a relaxing experience and fitting beautifully on my balcony. I highly recommend Nook Sauna for their excellent customer service and quality product.

We love our 3 person sauna! The guys delivered set up and told us how to use it, super friendly.
Super easy to use & spacious!
Love it so much!

We love our 2 person sauna. Amazing, professional and personalised service. And fantastic sauna. We don’t know what we did without it! Highly recommend!!

Ordering from nook was easy. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The installation was seamless. Prior to ordering from nook saunas I was paying a lot each week to go and use public ones. The quality is just as good and I get the same results. So happy thank you Nook saunas!!

Friendly, reliable and professional. Renting is a great way to make sure you will get use out of the sauna before investing.
I love the option to purchase the unit or extend your rental period. Definitely recommend this company.

I have been using Infrared Saunas for 2 years now and decided to rent one instead. Best decision ever!. The process was so easy and efficient – from ordering to delivery and set up (the wonderful delivery team did this in less than 20 minutes as they had to tackle some stairs – it would have been even quicker!!!). The convenience of coming home from work and hopping in the sauna is such a timesaver too. Keep doing what you are doing, best customer service I have experienced in such a long time and cannot speak highly enough of the Nook Unit – thank you!!!!.

This has been such an easy process - I’m renting a one person sauna. Everyone loves the unit, it’s quick to warm up & easy to clean.
They set it up for me & it literally took about 15 minutes for them to do it.
Highly recommend the company & the sauna!

Purchased the Core 1 Person sauna and it is hands down the best investment we have made for our house. Fits in a 2 car garage no problems. Your first question will be does it feel costar phobic? Nope! It is extremely calming in there. The Bluetooth connection is dope you can listen to a podcast or chill music while having a sauna which makes the time go quicker. Heats up very quickly. You will be sweating ASAP. I had no idea about colour light therapy however after leaning about it i definitely believe it works. You don’t see it on your power bill and the extremely low EMF was the final sell for me because I can’t have that stuff messing with my good vibes. 11/10 and super glad I purchased this couldn’t recommend it enough and if you’re still reading this, the is the is the universe telling you to stop being soft and pull the trigger….you won’t regret it!

Great service and product. The team kept us up to date and informed about delivery. We are very happy with the size and ease of use. It is effective and we are using it 3-4 times a week.

Had no issues with sauna or installation and dealing with any of the Nook Sahara staff and very happy with the product and service

The boys at Nook saunas were super friendly and made the process so easy.
The installation was quick and seamless. We cannot fault it and it has been an amazing addition during this cold winter!

Dream come true for me! ✅

Very efficient delivery. Arrived when said they would. Good communication. Installed without issue

Couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professional and friendly service, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They were incredibly responsive, quickly addressing all my questions.

The sauna itself is brand new and of exceptional quality. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality sauna with excellent customer service.

Bloody awesome ☺️

The sauna is brand new, looks fantastic.

The service is excellent and Dan is great. Service with a smile.

Thank you Dan 🙏🏻👍

The service, installation and product are superb!!
Will be telling everyone about this 🥳

Jordan and Josh installed our sauna for us this week and service was great from the time we made an inquiry to installation. They took the time to show us how the sauna functions, double checked everything to ensure it was working perfectly before they left, and they also helped me move a few things in order to put the sauna in its place. Though they have installed, the great service hasn’t come to an end! Thanks, Guys, for this amazing product and for being so helpful! We have used our sauna everyday this week, such a game changer - highly recommend the product too! Simple, clean, has all the features one could possibly need and so easy to use! Couldn’t ask for anything better really! 10/10!
