What a GREAT company this is!
What an inspired idea...mending peoples precious Raybans...I believe they do other brands too!
I had sat on my favourite Raybans and thought they would never see the light of day again...the frame was so twisted!...with delicate metal sides I didn't dare attempt to straighten them myself...
THEN ...I found the experts!
They did exactly what it says on their website...you pay a VERY reasonable sum, pack up your glasses, send them off and wait for their return....and this company really do send them straight back!

The young man I spoke to twice was so pleasant and helpful....why are there not more companies like this in this country?!

Found an old pair of Ray Ban's in a drawer that my daughter had pulled one leg nearly off, and completely snapped off the other leg. That was 20 years ago. Rather than chuck them out I did a google search and found repair-raybans.com.
Online ordering was easy, posted them off Tuesday at 4pm, got them back Saturday morning.
Absolutely mint. Like new.

Unsure about these at first, money up front and posting expensive glasses.
I couldn’t have been so wrong. I snapped the arm of my glasses, which left some arm in the hinge, sent them on the Monday , received back on the Thursday. They came back like new. So impressed with this company it gets my 5* all round

Used Repair Raybans twice now to repair my favourite sunglasses. Superb service, glasses posted on Monday and received back on Wednesday same week. Excellent service and customer care, would highly recommend.

Quick back story- I had a pair of raybans that I broke the arm off last year. Luckily I got them replaced with a brand new pair for Christmas. Last week, whilst chasing my cat who had a bird, they fell off my top and smashed to the ground, shattering the lens. I was gutted. That’s two pairs ruined I thought. I contacted these guys and they were so supportive and easy to talk with, not to mention so efficient with replying! They quoted a great price for me to fix both pairs. I sent them up on Friday and they were back to me by Tuesday! Incredibly quick! The craftsmanship is phenomenal, you wouldn’t even know they have been fixed. They are as good as new!!! I am so pleased with these guys and cannot thank them enough!!

Super Quick Repairs ! Sent them on Thursday and received them back the following Tuesday ( bank holiday was on Monday ) Great communication from the repair team due to me snapping the arm off my raybans. Wouldn't go anywhere else :)

I snapped the arm off my Raybans and having been quoted in excess of £50 elsewhere, sent a photo to ask the cost of the repair. I was quoted £19.99 including return postage. I sent it off and it was fixed and sent by return post the day they received it. I am so impressed with the service and quality of repair.

I have to confess to being slightly concerned at paying up front for a repair. I needn't have worried. Matt was extremely helpful and managed to complete my repair for £19.99 which I had been quoted over £50 for elsewhere AND he's done an amazing job and very quickly. Def 5 * service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I snapped both of the arms of my Raybans back in August of last year and they’ve been in a drawer ever since. I did some googling last weekend and came across Repair Raybans! I read some really positive reviews so decided to send the sunglasses to them on Tuesday via recorded delivery, they arrived with them on Wednesday, by 1.30 Wednesday afternoon I received an email saying the repair was complete and I had them back in the Thursday post. The glasses are completely repaired, they look as good as new. So so happy with the quick service, price and the repair itself!

Yes it’s taken us a long time but obviously a favourite pair ,found these guys online
and sent pics received quote via very easy web site ,sent off and received back within a week .
We absolutely recommend this company .

I posted my broken hinged rayban glasses on Tuesday pm and they’re back today (Thursday) and fixed!
Amazing service and if I’m unlucky enough again to have my glasses sat on I’ll be sending them straight back

Went to a high street optician to see if they could fix my bent RAYBANS,they could try but if they broke the would not take responsibility
Sent 2 pairs to be fixed on the Saturday(both pairs bent badly)and received them back on Tuesday
They gave a great service and the frames are perfect
I will use this company again and there price of under £40 was fantastic

Broke my expensive rimless varifocal glasses across the titanium bridge and thought I was looking at £250 to replace them. Came across Matt and he said they could be repaired for £19.99 set price, but there would be a problem getting them back before Christmas due to post. I as am travelling to Bermuda in 2 days I asked Matt if I could drive down and he said yes,,,,,,, got there and were brilliantly fixed and as good as new. Thanks Matt your are great!

I managed to snap my vintage Raybans across the bridge into two pieces. I assumed they were beyond repair and put them away in a drawer where they've stayed for an age. Found this company online last week and emailed them about a repair, not holding out much hope. I had a very quick response saying they could repair them but because it would be impossible to completely hide the join, I might not want to go ahead. I thought it worth a try and sent them off at 4.30 on Thursday. On Saturday morning they were back with me, looking brilliant and solid, the repair only visible if you really look for it. Can't quite believe they've got a whole new lease of life. What a fantastic service!

Sent two pairs of Ray Bans in May 2019, one just needed the frame fixing - had only worn them once, the other needed the lens repaired. I wanted them both sent back ASAP as I was going on holiday.

Heard from Matt in June to say he had tried to contact me to discuss the repair. And that the lense needed replacing so would incur a further cost. Told him to proceed and have not heard from him since! Just got refund through paypal for the service fee, now trying to get the cost of my glasses back!

I ordered my repair through the website and emailed a photo of my glasses, I was told it could be repaired and it was. Fantastic service, great communication. I could not be more pleased and Matt went over and above to help me. The repair was carried out very quick. Would not hesitate to use this company again and have recommended to my glass wearing friends and colleagues.
