Engineer arrived at time he said he would be. Diagnosed problem very quickly ordered the replacement parts which arrived the following day. I contacted him to let him know the parts were here and a little while later he arrived fitted the parts and tested the machine and all been well since.

Is there was an option to give 10 stars this company would get them. I have been with them for approximately 6 years and the service has always been amazing. They have replaced 3 of my items without quibble. Repairs have been done really quickly when required. Just renewed my contract for another year and the price has remained the same again for yet another year. That's unusual for any company. The staff are a delight to talk to and extremely helpful. Thank you for all your help in the past. You make my life easy.
