I have now had 3 watches serviced /…
I have now had 3 watches serviced / repaired by this company. I didn't use the postal service as I wanted to meet the people involved and assess the premises before dispatching an expensive watch into the unknown. All three jobs were completed in a professional and businesslike manner and whilst not cheap they are a lot more cost effective than the alternatives. I would have no reservations in recommending them.

This is the first time I've used Repairs by Post but found them much cheaper than high street retailers. One is naturally apprehensive posting a treasured possession to a stranger but the system was easy to use and they kept you up to date. Repairs done as requested and in good time.

No problems with the quotation or service. It was a bit delayed due to component shipping problems, and I think they could have been a bit more communicative about that, but the repair is good.

Totally trustworthy, I knew where my watch was throughout the process, now safely back home with a good clean and a shiny new battery. Very happy, especially as it saved all the hassle of going to a local shop.
