Ordered taster box on 12/02/2026. 23 days past and still didn’t receive my order. It’s a scam! 🚨

I have just sent them this email, not happy
May I just ask, since I only paid for a trial on the 20th Feb, and it didn't actually arrive till the 26th, and just 4 days later, you have taken £34.69 from my PayPal. Not on, and I will leave you bad reviews now on Trustpilot and Google.
That cannot be right, as you know when the food was received, how many days does the transition take. As a dog breeder and a KC champ show judge, when we have bred puppies, we always stipulate in our puppy contracts if the food is to be changed, it must be done slowly, half and half for a few days and then gradually the transition to the new food. This is what I told my daughter-in-law to do with Auty.
So I am pretty disgusted that you have had no regard for Auty's well-being, and to claim you care what cats are fed is not true, is it?
No, that is not acceptable, the food arrived on the 26th not the 25th, I know because I was sent the photo of the box. So Auty was fed a small amount from Friday, and by Monday 2nd of March you had taken the Money, so you are just offering an excuse for the 10 days supply. As some 9 days after I had paid for the trial you have taken the money. And not allowing for the weekend or the time of actual delivery. If this just warns people how keen you are to take money from people. And actually, the decent thing would have been to offer a refund, as we don't want your food now, Thank you

Really good customer service. Very helpful and friendly. My cats enjoyed the dry food.

I always receive excellent help from Customer Services. Nothing is too much trouble, which I am thankful for because recently I seem to have had so much to sort out. This help is always given in such a speedy and friendly way too. Thank you so so much.

This is just really good cat food at reasonable prices. Our two very fussy Devon Rex cats actually love it. If you have cats, give it a try.

Our little princess Poppy has been very picky and only licked the jelly of her old food and left the unappetising looking lumps. Cost us a fortune. Then we were sent a trial box of Republic of Cats by a friend. From day one she licked the bowl so clean you couldn't tell if it had been used or not. She's settled on the two flavours she really likes and for the first time in her 11 years she's actually put on weight...healthy weight. The team at ROC are always really helpful and friendly and I love the way they treat Poppy as a real cat👍keep it up guys.

The cat food is really nice quality, my cat loves the recipes that are easy to change , try or swap each month. Staff are really helpful if you have any queries. My cat is much healthier now he eats republic of cats recipies than cheaper alternatives at the supermarket. It gets brought to your door too.

The packaging is lovely, deliveries are on time and the customer service is really helpful. My cats (previously picky eaters) have been eating RoC food for nearly two years - they are very healthy and happy. Highly recommended.

My cat loves Republic of Cats food. Ordering, liaising with staff and receiving the items worked perfectly without a single issue. In fact I had to change my order to order even more food as my cat was so keen on the products.

Such a great company the cat food is good quality ..my cars love it and the staff are amazing.always prompt at replying to queries and always friendly and polite

Fun packaging and my cat enjoyed the food, the vet complimented how healthy he was and asked what food he was on so let them know it was Republic of cats

I've seldom had to contact Republic of Cats as there is rarely a problem. On the couple of occasions that I have their customer support /advisors have been helpful, friendly and professional. This time was regarding a delivery query, and it was answered, and resolved by Leah within 24hrs. Always happy with their service and products. Most importantly, so is my cat!

I ordered 2 taster boxes and they didn’t arrive - contacted customer services through wattsapp and no reply unfortunately.

I contacted them through email and Im struggling to get them to confirm resending of the order.

Customer services through wattsapp seems shabby for a company with a good score on here maybe it’s public vs private face? The two don’t seem to much up?

Disappointing.

I wanted my monthly order changed.
It was done without any problems.
My 17 cat looks really good on her kibble and loves it.

We have tried a number of subscription brands before deciding on which one to commit to. Unfortunately my cat does not like Republic of cats! Not sure why?? 3 stars for tailored recipes and it was nice to have her name on the dry kibble pouch. Customer service good.

I originally wrote a negative review about my experience dealing with a box that shipped after I cancelled my subscription but I’ve just been refunded and the courier will hopefully be taking the the box back, I was definitely frustrated but now I’m impressed with the way I have been treated during this process

Firstly my forever hungry cat "TeeCee" was finally full and satisfied within days of starting on "The republic of cats" tins.
My issues with payments was rectified promptly, demonstrating an excellent customer service team.
I couldn't be happier.

i have 2 pussycats, and as with all pussycats, they are inclined to be picky, so i told them it's republic or nuffink, they said oh alright we will give it a go, so, i gave them some, they couldn't speak for a while, 'cos i have told them, 'don't talk with your mouth full'. So when they had swallowed what was in their mouths. All they would say is 'more, more', so what could i do? i gave them more and more. So I now have happy pussycats
