Having brought the product as a trial my cat didn't take to it and recipes like duck in vegetable sauce did not appeal to him. The presentation, quality and effort that goes into the product is first class. I won't rule out trying them again in the future.

Food is good but ....the people behind the republic of cats don't understand that cats can be fussy and what they liked one week they may not like another ! I tried several times to change out one carton ( they call it a sleeve ) for one other sleeve just to see whether Hetty cat would like it . Apparently this was not possible as it wasn't in Hetty's feeding plan and the kitchen couldn't accommodate this request . I have cancelled my subscription and now with another company who seem much more accommodating

I love the whole concept of Republic of Cats. My cats problem with the food is she is a feral cat who has fed herself on rats and mice. She does not like whatever it is in the tins and licks off the gravy leaving the rest. She also ignores the dry food. My quest to find what she can eat continues.

Great and timely customer service, fantastic product. Shipping is always perfectly on time and the prices are transparent. My cat loves their food.

My cat will only lick most of what I give him(he might eat 30% max) if he likes it, if he touhes it at all. He eats most of what he gets from ROC, especially the dry food. I have spent a fortune on food for him and at last I have found something he will eat. It is more expensive than, say whiskers for a month but at least I am not throwing most of it out.

My cat really enjoys the food, always leaves a empty bowl. I recently had an issue that I got in touch with customer service for, they were very quick to reply and suggest a resolution which was excellent. Customer services are brilliant ambassadors for the company.

My cats are really enjoying this food. It really fills them up. Lovely different textures and flavours. I hope they add more flavours to their recipes. They are also enjoying the dry food which is presented in nice little biscuits, just a perfect size. I love watching them eat their meals with so much enjoyment.

Ronnie was responsive, kind, friendly & funny.
He knows his job well.

Republic of cats have been so kind and helpful to me, I have had some issues with my delivery, but Ronnie has sorted it all out, and it should arrive tomorrow….
Well the box has never arrived .. AGAIN!! Another excuse is ‘Bad Weather’! When I know the weather is now fine!! Been settled for over a week! I am very disappointed in them now, Yodel are rubbish at best, Republic just said they were sorry, but it is delayed AGAIN!!! 2nd box!!!! So decided to cancel, told them to keep it! Not even sure it was actually sent, I never received AN UPDATE ON EITHER BOX! very disappointing,.. just like most business’s, very quick to take your money!! …

Love Republic of Cats food wet/dry .

I first ordered a taster box for my cat , but she just wouldn’t eat it . This was not the fault of the company as I have tried different cat food, and I ended up donating it all to the cat shelter as the little madam will only eat the fish ones that I have recently found. I still order the dried food which she loves. Overall they are a great company and were very helpful and understanding with my problem cat. I would still recommend them as I’m sure not all cats are as fussy as mine.

Excellent customer support, and cats love the product

My own cat passed away, but inherited an elderly cat from my dad when he died and so thought I would order a trial box for the new cat to try him on it. Got refused as only 1 trial box per household even if it’s for a different cat as previous one passed away. Terrible company. I shouldn’t have to add a cat to a deceased cats profile and get whacked full price when I only needed a trial with new cat to see if he liked it. Avoid these scammers at all costs, only interested in money and not interested in your pet. Disgraceful company ethics.
