Finally found a good my fussy cats really like that’s of good quality. I had one query about feeding amounts which was answered clearly and quickly.

I am eagerly awaiting to start purchasing from Republic of Cats. I have some personal issues to attend to first so just made a general enquiry. I was warmly greeted by Macrine who I explained my current situation to. There was no hard sell, no pushiness - just genuine help, advice, understanding & support as we discussed the best options all round. It's unusual to find a business that is more concerned about its Customers than it's finances and I appreciated being made to feel like a human being rather than just a number. I sincerely hope to resolve my issues & start up in the New Year and look forward to a continued friendship with this amazing Company.

I have a very active group of over 12000pet owners and I shared my referral link in my group, more than 10 people confirmed they’d ordered a box and set up and account via my referral link. I imagine many more used it without confirming. Not a single one tracked. I contacted help and spoke to Leah who said I’d need to know lots of personal details for those who I referred before they’ll even look into it.

I understand one or two not tracking but having not a single one track is a bit ridiculous! Will be updating my group and letting them know republic of cats is not a trustworthy company.

I got the tester box of 10 tins because I got it free from a referral code and my cats like the shredded and pate ones but they left the meat on the others, it seems great and has good reviews but it’s still only 4% meat/fish same as supermarket food so I don’t understand the price or good reviews. I get untamed every month which is £55 for 58 tins and it’s 100% meat/fish also safe for human consumption

Just received my sample cat foods , had a couple of questions to ask Leah on line gave good and clear answers excellent

Great company , helped me out with the taster box which came today. Whilst out my husband gave her a tin of chicken, which she ate quickly and when I came home she kept mewing so i gave her a handful of kibble which disappeared just as quickly. Good omens for a picky Pepper!! Will see how she progresses this week. If all goes well I will be re-ordering 😁

Republic of cats has been amazing. They have great flavours for the cats to eat, so they don't get bored. When I have a enquiry or need support they are on it staight away, to resolve the issue, and have also given me discounts. My cat is very fussy but loves ❤️ the food.

I had a question about an upcoming delivery and customer service were very fast to reply. All good.

The food seems great and my cats (including an elderly one who has avery sensitive constitution) love it. I think the price is good value for the quality

However, boxes of the food regularly do not get delivered. One cats food will arrive and no sign of the others. Then you run out. And because its unexpected, you cant phase it out with another and so you cant feed your cat without making them sick. Theres no explanation for this, the account says it was dispatched, but evidently it was not. And if you contact customer service they argue the point rather than accept responsibility and address the issue. Id like to stop the subscription but my cats love the food, so im stuck on those monthly limbo about whether the food will arrive if not. If youre reading this wondering whether to start a subscription - Id say either don't do it, or plan ahead and hace q couple weeks extra food supplies as a buffer for an inevitable breakdown in service from this company

Our 7 year old fluff ball Bob knows what he likes and used to leave what he didn't!!
Since finding Cat Republic theres never any food to throw away, he loves the lot ❤️.
The people on the help desk really are helpful.
Managed to lock myself out of my account. Ame had me back up and running in no time. I didn't get passed to India with some one reading cue cards. It was sooo refreshing and hassle free.
No reason to shop for Bobs food anywhere else.

Food is good but delivery is not reliable. We’ve now been a week without the food and there’s no way to contact customer service by phone - only by WhatsApp which goes unanswered. Customer service doesn’t seem to exist.

The food is good and my elderly cat is doing well, but the delivery is unreliable. They deliver every month but not always on time so that has left me with no wet food for the cat. They use Yodel which is unreliable. I have asked them to send it earlier but they have not down so. Also if you reduce the amount of dry food they still charge the same amount which seems unreasonable.

My cat Hercules loves the wet food .He enjoys the dry treats. Yodel areca company that has not always delivered the cat food to the right address.

Kitty loves their food! To the point im having to elbow her out the way when the new wet food goes in her bowl 😂 being part Bengal, she is fussy and opinionated of her food but she cant wait for this now. One little snap of tin lid and she is there! Only had the trial package so far, so hoping that good comms and prompt sending is continued. Ive emailed with 2 questions so far and a good, prompt reply to both.
