I wanted to thank you so much for giving my almost 17 year old cat a new lease of life. A month ago she was at deaths door, not interested in food, sleeping all day and not washing…. Wasting away.
Since changing to your food (wet and dry), she is like a different cat. She is out of bed and asking me for food… pate is her favourite!
Her coat is thicker and shinier. She is up and about more. She is coming for cuddles instead of hiding away. Thank you so much! I have my best friend back! My best friend Clay!

My cat loves the dried food and his coat had improved tremendously since I've started feeding him with his specialised dry mix. Thoroughly recommend ROC.

My cats love the food from here, you can choose the flavours and textures that they like best, the dry food seems to be a lot tastier than the supermarket stuff as well judging by my cats reactions! Well worth the extra money.

Tiggy loves most of the flavours. Unfortunately she isn't keen on the Salmon dry food, although it's her favourite wet flavour, so she is eating mostly wet food at the moment. I'm switching back to the chicken flavour as per your recommendation.

My cat loves the food just delivery a bit hit and miss

My 2 cats love Republic of Cats wet food and dry biscuits and they're physically thriving on it. I like the flexibility of delaying/ bringing forward orders and deliveries have always been made as notified.

Quick response to a query and Newton loves the dried food - he's a bit fussy with the wet - but that's cats for you!

Great product and really rgeat service

Have been using Republic of Cats for years, my almost 14-year old cat loves them. We rotate the flavours daily, she's not a huge fan of the gravy ones but it's really easy to customise to add and remove the flavours she likes. Thank you 😊

My cat absolutely loves this food! We’ve tried a few subscriptions and usually after a few months (usually after a brand new full box) he decides he doesn’t like it anymore. But we’ve had this subscription much longer and he keeps devouring the food and wanting more! The customer service is also fantastic - super efficient and very friendly. I’m so happy with Republic of Cats, and so is my cat! Would highly recommend.

A great company with great customer service. A missing delivery by Yodel (wrong number, street and postcode!) made me very worried as I was running out of food supplies. Contacted Rep of Cats who advised me what to do. The neighbour (who received the delivery) dropped it off, so I let Rep of Cats know that it was now found. I got 10% off my next order for my trouble. Not much, but they didn't have to either.
By the way, being able to change food selections monthly is great, as my cats are really fussy. They now only eat the paté type, cos they're lazy, but they love it. The biscuit kibble is so much smaller than others, so it's easier to eat too.

Something missing from order. No reply to multiple attempts at communication via WhatsApp and email.
Cancelling future subscription online is impossible. Very disappointed

We have tried 8 brands of cat food (Whiskas, Felix, Sheba, Marro, Blink, Lidl, Tesco, Lily’s Kitchen) and the only ones they like are the first two which are unhealthy (I’ve heard they’re the cat equivalent to McDonalds). The latter brands - my cats just ignored them. They didn’t want to even eat any wet food at all. Gave it one last try before going back to Whiskas/Felix with The Republic of Cats and wow! My cats are licking their lips, getting food in their whiskers and meowing for more! There is a large range of flavours, the price isn’t too bad and they actually resemble food. Very impressed

Absolutely livid!
Yodel apparently 'attempted delivery' of my £40+ order today and had no answer, so it's being sent back to the Republic of cats. I actually have a Ring doorbell camera and they never came to my address...
I've tried to reach out to Yodel - nothing
and as for the Republic of cats, they are only available on Whatsapp and they don't reply! I've sent messages, I've tried emails and they don't reply at all.
What an utter waste of time and money.
The cat food might be good, but it's all fun and games until the service is poor and no one wants to help you. AVOID!!! You could be loosing out on money like I am. There are other companies out there, use someone else.

Really hard to get hold of customer service team full stop.

My cat was left a week without food as it had not arrived yet I had been charged. Upon chasing this they moved the payment date without authorization for next month which is not what I had requested. On querying this with "manager" India they cancelled my whole subscription yet I had still being charged for food that wasn't arriving. Incredibly frustrating to deal with and quite unhelpful. Staff seem to erratically jump to "solutions" without checking with customer.

We have 13 cats. I decided to trial Republic of Cats for Snoke, the little fussy madame that she is. She loves it! We've figured out her favourites, and the ability and ease to change the flavours and quantities is wonderful. She hates sharing her food, but always leaves just a small amount for her brothers (they don't stare her down, honest!). I had a hiccup with payment being attempted early on payday, but it was recitified within minutes of sending in my email! Stellar service - very happy! Snoke gives Amie a round of apaws for being supper efficient at keeping her fed with her favourite food <3 Thank you!
