I've been trialling the cat food for a couple of months now and we've identified which ones my cats like. I find it very easy to change the amounts and which ones they're going to get more often than others and it's easy to not have the ones they're not keen on. I've had a couple of queries and they've been dealt with very quickly

I had a delivery via Evri, but yet again Evri aren't brilliant at delivering products successfully. My package was left at side of the house, clearly visible. Eventhough, could easily have been left with a neighbour. Anyway, Ronnie from Republic of Cats immediately arranged a replacement, no issues, and now awaiting my Siamese boy Sassey's lovely mousse cat food + biscuits. Thank you Ronnie from Republic of Cats

Great experience so far ! It is easy to adjust the recipes ( would be more helpful if we could see the exact number of cans of each flavour to plan better for fussy eaters) and amazing customer service that makes sure kitties and owners are happy. Not to mention complimentary toy that my cat went crazy for :)

Been using Republic of Cats for years and the cats love it. They also have an amazing customer service so it's everything great.

Absolutely brilliant Customer Service & exceptional value on Taster Boxes, I signed up 1 Cat for the Taster Box & hadn't realised you can sign up to 2 Cats for the Trial so I contacted CS & they added the 2nd Cat at the Trial Price for me too. Superb.
So far my Cats do seem to be loving the new Food, the Meat In Gravy dishes look fantastic & my oldest Cat Sylvester adores his new dry biscuits, he thinks they are a treat like Dreamies they are that good xxxxx Thankyou

I was trying new foods for my cat and although she ate this food, I saw it contained ‘various sugars’. Cats don’t need sugar.
I contacted support to ask why it was in there and they said ‘ We use a tiny tiny amount of sugar to act as a natural preservative’ and to ‘avoid using nasty chemicals’.

Untamed and The Cool Cat Club’s food does not contain sugar. And it also remained fresh and edible without this, and also without any chemicals.

I replied a week ago asking for a rough estimate of how much sugar is in an average can of cat food and was reassured they’d find out. Why isn’t this easy knowledge to access if it’s part of the ingredients?

Anyway, I’ve of course not heard back for over a week now which is fine as I then subscribed to TCCC instead with no sugars, no nasty chemicals, better ingredients and cheaper.

I’ve been waiting well over a week for my complete order to arrive, which has meant I’ve had to order cat food from elsewhere and it’s hugely inconvenienced my day.

I was told this week it would be re dispatched on a certain day and it never happened. (Yodel) have been terrible too! It’s just a shocking service. I do not recommend, another thing to note is how there is SUGAR in recipes, which from I have read is to make the cat food look appealing to cat parents - a cat does not need sugar obviously. I was naive in thinking RoC was good for my cats but it’s just cheap nasty rubbish, hence why they can happily give 40% off a lot, if you have not ordered for a while.

My cats are fussy but did eat this food. Customer support was good. The reason I stopped getting this was if I'm paying this price for cat food I'd rather buy a food with a higher meat content.

My cat, Koda, has been enjoying a mixture of dry and wet food from Republic of Cats for several months and he is healthier for it (probably happier too!). Koda particularly loves the different flavours of the wet food cans. When I have had to adjust portions or have a query, the support team are always helpful and friendly. Koda and I are very happy!

Is a joy to deal with the Republic. They have been very efficient. My cat loves the food and is looking very healthy. Looking forward to her next box.

My cats love this food. The portions are perfect for them and it’s nice that they have a variety.

The food looks good, smells good and the plate is always empty. Ivy loves the stews, especially beef with tomato.

Plenty of choice ,my ultra fussy cat loves the biscuits .

This is the only cat food brand my cats have not gotten tired off, as it offers variety in flavour and texture.
Delivery is always on time and I get notifications with ample time to make adjustments.
All the goals I had for my cats have been met, i.e. a healthy coat and weight management.

I've bought my cat food from ROC for a few years and had very little issues...until my recent delivery. Due to the BH my delivery didn't arrive in time and I ran out of food. Had to purchase other food to keep my cat fed. Which upset his tummy, so proves that ROC food is a good quality and most suited to my cat. I contacted ROC, who dealt with the issue promptly and have given me 10% off my next delivery as a gesture of good will.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Ordered a trial box. Paid 13.50.
Haven't received it.
No refund.
No reply from email or WhatsApp.

Diabolical support.

Cat food didn’t arrived (I spend about £90 or so on cat food) and so I messaged. They said it was lost somewhere and will re send.

It’s now been 20 days since the order was meant to arrive.

If not resolved, will need to do a chargeback and move to their competitor. My next subscription is almost due at this point which is just ridiculous.
