Having been a business owner over the last 30 years or so, I've learned about how much the visibility of my business websites rely on properly performed search engine results optimization. This can get you the ranking that you need as a business owner. Alternatively, sometimes our own personal information can be marketed online and puts our security at risk. In a day and age where identity theft is rampant, we have to take proactive steps to protect our privacy. Reputation Defender uses advanced search platforms to find personal information (addresses, emails, birthdays, relatives, etc) that is published online and their experts work to remove it completely from search engine results. I love being able to do a search of my name or my business' name and only find what I want to find out there and not my personal, private information. After having worked with marketing experts for my business and knowing how much it cost to promote my website in addition to Google ads, Yelp and Facebook/Meta promotional campaigns, I know for a fact that Reputation Defender is much cheaper. I've worked with them for many years now. It's worth the investment.

To begin with when you call the company, a human being picks up the phone, which in this day and age borders on the miraculous. I spoke to a representative named Emilio, who was extremely helpful and was able to give me adequate information such that I was able to solve the problem I was experiencing. Customer service rep was very helpful in spite of my overlooking what was right in front of me. She did great!

I don’t know how they got 617 data points on me as I’ve never used their site but they definitely found a way to scan my phone through another service, found on dark web or purchased from another company I did not give my information or consent to sell it. I wouldn’t trust this company with your broom handle and my mom pushing. This is what makes identity theft happen. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
