We rented an apartment from Residently in Camden for an year. We used their AirBnb service for the last month of our lease as we were moving out of the apartment a month before our lease was ending. The agreement was that Residently would refund us the AirBnb payments after deducting some charges as their compensation for managing the rentals. Almost three months have passed and Residently has made no progress in paying us our AirBnb payments. Their staff does not respond to emails and when called, makes no real effort to solve the problem. Things had started off well with Residently, but the way things went downhill once our lease ended makes me very suspicious about the company. I do not recommend their services.

Terrible! Suspicious company
I made an appointment for 7.30pm on Wednesday and I waited an hour until 8.30pm for the agent to show up to let me view the flat and when he finally arrived he proceeded to take me to an unfurnished apartment even though I had requested a furnished one.
When I called the number on my email confirmation to reschedule I was told he was only a customer service agent and I should call back and speak the “the team” in the Morning. Which I tried to do but was told again and again that I would be called back and that I could NOT speak to anyone on the team or a manager.
All very strange!
After all of this, and despite I had detailed this in my first email, I was told they would not rent for any less than 12 months.
These apartments are advertised as short and long term in both your website and on right move.
I do not appreciate the water time you have caused me with not only holding out hope for this flat but also 2 hours to view it and numerous phone calls that got me no where.

I have never encountered such a terrible lettings agency service in my entire life!!
1. On my first viewing they leave me standing in the pouring rain for 45 minutes with no one to call or to explain where they were.. Finally, I get an email saying that they will not be attending the viewing and that i need to reschedule. OUTRAGEOUS
2. I am a rational person and understand there was an issue with accessing a key to the flat. So, we reschedule to the next day. This time I receive a text once I arrived at the property stating that again no one would be showing up for the viewing. EXTREMELY UNORGANISED
3. To top it all off, I receive an email today (my third attempt at a viewing was scheduled for tomorrow) explaining that they had now accepted an offer on the property and that it was no longer available for me to view. TERRIBLE SERVICE
All in all I want to conclude that Resident.ly is by far the worst agency I have ever encountered and I would avoid using them at all costs. They are unorganised, unprofessional and outright rude.
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Very quick and easy to use and polite. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that it would have been nice to speak to someone on the phone before moving in but that might just be my personal preference!
Great moving experience and friendly team. The Welcome gift was a very nice touch & brought a personal touch to a City sometimes lacking it.

Personally I think Residently is the best letting agent I have used by miles especially I had terrible experience with Cityrooms (the worst letting agent, scam you money before viewing), Residently was none of that.
I would like to thank Residently for make the process of renting so smoothly and easy. They are very professional, when ever I had question I get a response within half hour. The property itself was amazing as well, I strongly recommend them.

My renting experience with Residently has been nothing less than exceptional.
I was frantically scouring for accommodations in NYC after an Airbnb that I had booked the week prior cancelled on me 48 hours before I was supposed to land in NYC. The morning of the day before my arrival, I found a posting by Residently and booked immediately. Mike, the VP / GM, gave me a call shortly after I requested to book and made it happen for me - the Residently team put the place together with furniture and supplies within 32 hours.
Upon arrival, check-in was simple and straightforward per Mike's instructions. The place itself is chic and exceeded my expectations.
What's more, Mike has been super welcoming and accommodating since, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay is as comfortable as can be by asking for live feedback and ordering me misc. items that I requested upon arrival. What I appreciate the most about my entire rental experience with Residently was that there was such an ease to the process, from the initial introduction / confirmation phone call (emphasis on phone call as opposed to email correspondence), to the check-in process, to the open line of communication and regular check-ins throughout, to my actual stay.
Residently was founded on the principle of creating seamless rental experiences and they truly follow through with that promise. The Residently team genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction and user experience. I'm extremely grateful to have experienced such a personal and human rental experience through Residently.

Having rented in London for nearly a decade using the traditional estate agent approach, we were slightly skeptical about Residently as it seemed a little too good to be true. We decided to go ahead anyway as the flat we found was incredible and we do not regret that decision at all. Residently have gone above and beyond what we'd expect and in our view - completely put the more traditional estate agents to shame. They've even supplied us with free internet dongle until our broadband installation date as well as free cleaning and incredible customer service (even out of hours replies at 10pm).

Right from our first contact booking a viewing through to our move in, everyone has been extremely professional and helpful. The process was seamless. I lost a lot of hope in Estate agents but I must say what Residently are doing is a real game changer! No unnecessary phone or email harassment!
