I had never worked for an agency before now and having heard all of the horror stories with regards to doing so I was very apprehensive to get in touch with Resolve. However, just how wrong could I have been. Every step is covered from application to bookings, pay, timesheets, any queries, always on the end of a phone or email that is looked in to and usually solved ASAP. I thoroughly enjoy my job, I’ve fell in love with employment once again and can see a career on the road. The squad at Resolve are honestly so good, it’s an absolute pleasure to work for, with and on behalf of yourselves.

I'm an HGV Class Driver looking to get back into the Industry driving professionally again. I'm in the extremely challenging situation, whereby I was disqualified and have a DR10 on my licence. Which if anyone knows is basically a death nail to your driving career as no-one will touch you, due to how the Insurance Industry views anyone with a DR10 on their Licence. That said... Martin at Resolve has given me some hope. Martin contacted a Haulier and explained my background and situation. With Martin doing this off his own back, I will be having a meeting with the Manager to discuss how we can go forward and get me back Driving Professionally again. Every single other Agency disregarded me which was around 20 differentAgenciesi contacted, made me feel worse than I already do.
