I have worked for resolve on and off for around 5 years in between management roles
I have just came back after knee surgery and all the staff were excellent picking up where I had left off last December ,
They really listened to my problems of reduced abilities since surgery and found me work which was suitable with my mobility issues
All the staff are very polite and helpful
I think mostly, is the fact I have never had any issues with payment, it has always been in my account on time as agreed sometimes sooner.
Having used agencies as a manager, this has not always been the case with other agencies.

Avoid these shysters at all cost.
Whilst working for them. I injured myself and had to take 9 weeks off of work. At first they offered SSP. Then two weeks later refused it, blaming the DWP. Why make me wait two weeks ? Complete incompetence and lack of care for the employees. You are just a money making number to these muppets. There are better agencies out there who ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THIER STAFF...... find one if them.
I have not sworn or threatened you. You are nothing BUT LIARS.
IT TOOK YOU 2 WEEKS TO TELL ME YOU WASNT GOING TO PAY ME.
MY REVIEW STAYS. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW HOW POORLY YOU LOOK AFTER YOUR STAFF AND HOW YOU LIE TO COVER IT.
The reviews I leave are honest. What I say about other companies has nothing to do with this matter. Just another VERY SAD ATTEMPT TO DEFLECT THE TRUTH.

I would highly recommend Resolve Recruitment Company and in particular Jessica whom I found extremely professional. The fact that she was not robotic ( lots of recruitment company's are ) and genuinely wanted to know what I had done and what I now wanted to do was a refreshing change. Jessica was very supportive and always kept me up to speed on any news of my application.
I am really happy to say that currently I am waiting on my new contract to start a new chapter in my life and I cannot thank Jessica and Resolve Recruitment enough.
