I've been working through Resourceful Talent Group as a backend engineer for over a half a year now, and it's been a genuinely good experience from the first contact onward. Ken Arslanian handled the initial interview, and it was a well-structured, respectful conversation about what the client actually needed. The technical stage was an online assignment that was clear, correct, and scoped fairly, it tested the things the role really requires, and I knew exactly what was expected of me at every step. Onboarding was just as smooth: everything was prepared before my first day, so I could focus on the work instead of paperwork.

The project itself is the kind you actually want to put on your CV — a real product with real users, a modern stack, and enough ownership that the decisions I make matter. What I appreciate most is that RTG never disappears once you're placed. The founders, Jonathan Raude and Alexander Ubaydov, are always available for a call and genuinely open to discussing anything on your mind, whether it's the project, the process, or something that simply needs clarifying. Nothing was ever left to quietly turn into a problem, and I never felt like I was on my own with it.

Payments have been consistently on time, in the currency and on the schedule that work for me, and any change I asked for was accommodated without friction. That reliability is worth a lot. It means I can plan my life around this work and simply not think about the administrative side. I'd recommend Resourceful Talent Group to any engineer looking for a long-term partner.

Resourceful Talent Group have been very helpful throughout the journey looking for a new job. Ken was very friendly and thorough to qualify me for jobs that could have been good matches. They also assist you and prepare you well when they set you up for interviews!

I would not recommend using RTG as a recruiting agency or getting interviewed by Igor Semenyuk, who is a manager at RTG, and here is why:
- One of the 1st questions of the interview was where I am from, this was because Igor detected an accent from me and he wanted to understand whether I was Russian or Ukrainian, I of course didn't indulge him with the answer, but what this tells me is that the recruiter is not looking out for the best interest of the company, this recruiter is trying to weed out anyone who is Russian, even if the candidate is perfect for the role. The fact that he maintains a managerial position in the company says that both owners are OK with this practice. It is impossible to not know this fact about a company employee which has been working for the company for more than 2 years, especially one which was appointed as a manager.
- The recruiter did not disclose the name of the hiring company, which I find suspicious. Most recruiting agencies do not include this information in the job description, but during a recruiter interview they disclose it. Igor did say that they disclose the company name after the decision is made that the candidate is a good fit for the position
- I consider Igor's decision fair though, I was not a good candidate for the role because I lacked some of the required experience
