Quoted four days,but got an earlier so next day, pretty good for a non urgent repair. Turned out more difficult than expected but still completed in an hour,Richard was polite and professional

Response completed a job last year, a new bathroom, and as that was carried out to my satisfaction I decided to use them this month to replace the en suite.
Richard planned the work following purchase of the suite, including tiles and flooring.
I also requested a new window and some brickwork.
Everything was done to times agreed. All the trades involved turned up as expected and on time. All were tidy following work carried out.
The work was completed and I am really happy with the result. No complaints.
I would certainly recommend them.

Richard's plumbing knowledge and expertise were evident to me immediately - as soon as he arrived and assessed the job. He gave me confidence and he did a great job with a very fiddly repair on a leaking wc.

Response did a fabulous job in our new bathroom. They did exactly we wanted. So careful and tidy and polite. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed with this company! We had arranged for them to come and give us a quote for our bathroom to be refurbished. Despite receiving two texts the first confirming the appointment and then followed by a reminder, our appointment for between I3.00 -15.00 was not upheld. Richard eventually arrived over an hour late. We did receive a text at 15.58 to say he was on his way. Prior to that apart from the reminders nothing, not even an apology. Richard arrived and went to see our bathroom with my husband. Within a few minutes they were back downstairs
and Richard had left. He didn’t want to even quote for our bathroom refurbishment because we had decided on wall panelling instead of tiling he didn’t even give us a quotation. We are always advised to champion local trades so I am disappointed that we weren’t even considered in this instance.

Richard has performed an outstanding job. He came to fix a leak under the sink, but he not only did that. He also noticed a blockage in the pipes and, showing his tenacious and initiative, removed the blockage as well.
