Ricaine West who attended our property to mend a broken soil pipe did an excellent job notwithstanding the limited access and unpleasant job. Always proactive and positive and willing to work around problems.

Tim was very informative indicating what was wrong and fixed the three things on the call out. He even fixed our sink plug as extra. He was extremely polite and courteous. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone.

Jason arrived and identified the issue quickly, but while fixing it also noticed a couple of other issues in the system. Explained those and then fixed them, all efficiently and in good time.

Frank Matthews came in to check the leaking on bathroom. He changed the sink tap and bath tap took a look at the toilet seat. Took his time and sorted out all issues.

Nothing was too much trouble- polite, left everywhere clean and nothing was too much trouble. Well done Callun A👍👍

Excellent service from Haroon fixed a leak under sink with the out side garden tap that had leaked into the kitchen. Just checking it’s still dry under the units. All good so far.

I had a leak coming from the back of my toilet. I was able to get an emergency appointment. The plumber Mike Lawson called to discuss the problem and arrived on time. He was very prompt and explained how he would fix the problem. He was very professional and polite and explained everything regarding his work. Mike is an asset to your company. I would recommend Dyno to friends and family because of Mike’s work.
