Excellent service. Steve Jordan arrived on time, freed a stuck stopcock, replaced the kitchen tap, and fixed the leaking taps in the bathroom. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and without leaving any mess. Highly recommended.

Kieran Poynter was extremely friendly, professional and told me exactly what he was doing and showed what had been done afterwards too.

METSERVE came to repair the flush system, he was the best engineer I had on a very long time. He was polite and Curtis. He found the fault and on a week's time, he came and replaced it, and finished off with clear seal all on the tiled area .. WELL DONE STEVE... We need more people like you.

The reason it's not 5 is not to do with Joe and his work, which was professional and thorough. Unfortunately the thermal imaging detection was not able to be used and the issue turned out to be a remedial problem that did not require the money that was spent. I was very happy with the way in which Dynorod went about theore business and would use again.

Brilliant service. Simon attended and diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and came back a few days later to fit the new immersion heater. No fuss, no mess. You wouldn't have known he'd been here. Very pleased!

Came out as emergency on Sunday within an hour. Diagnosed the problem and made a temporary fix. Very pleasant and thorough.
