Booked Roost in for 2 week in advance appointment to review UFH system and a small problem with one thermostat. Chris arrived at 8.30, sorted thermostat in short order and reviewed system, found a manifold was slightly leaking, was able to cap it to stop leak without having to order a new manifold at vast £, so delighted with comfort the appointment provided. Chris is great!

Roost installed a heat pump for me. The whole process from initial enquiry, through design, contract agreement and installation was a genuine pleasure. All the team were professional, friendly and considerate. The system was installed on schedule and is working to my expectations

Christian is brilliant at what he does and he not only completes whatever needs doing to the highest standard but takes time to talk us through everything that’s been done and answer all our questions. 5 stars and more to both Christian and Roost. You will not be disappointed.

Christian and Ben are real craftsmen and clearly take pride in their work. You can tell that the advice is really well-informed and they care about doing the most appropriate work to the highest standard. Christian navigated around the tiling really well and everything was very well done. I’ll happily be using Roost again.

Engineer (Chris) was fully aware of all 3 problems reported and explained his approach up front. Then kept me informed as work progressed through to a final summary and what to do if any further problems. All very professional.

On time, curteous, efficent , knowledgeable and able to hand over device with simple explanation and offer to feel free to contact the engineer on his personal phone if any problems arise.

Tareq and his team at Roost Heating recently designed and installed our heat pump system. Their support throughout the design, Grant application, installation and after care has been excellent. They are highly professional, communicate well, and their work is excellent. We are delighted with our new system and have no hesitation in recommending them.

As always excellent service from Roost from the initial phone call to the problem being solved, in a short period of time we had our boiler serviced by Tareq and our under floor heating problem resolved by Chris. Both very friendly and efficient. Such a peace of mind to know Roost is a company you can rely on, would highly recommend.

I used the Worcester Bosch website to find an approved installer & chose Roost from the recommended installers in my area to replace a 20-year old boiler. The Roost office staff were great and responded immediately, Cristian came the same day and I had a quote less than 24 hours from my initial enquiry.

I’d been quoted almost £1000 more by a big-name company for exactly the same boiler so the Roost quote was very good value. By choosing a Worcester Bosch approved installer, I also got a 10-year warranty on the boiler instead of the 5-year warranty offered by the big brand.

Aidan & Ben were friendly, professional and thorough, and explained the process clearly. Everything went smoothly, the boiler was installed & the radiators drained with minimal disruption & they were super tidy throughout - not easy in a small flat.

Another benefit over the big brand quote was the new boiler was delivered on installation day and Roost took the old one with them the same day so nothing needed to be stored.

Excellent all-round and highly recommended!
