Excellent service,Tommy polite & efficient.

Tommy and Adam arrived on the dot to replace our old boiler for a new combi one, it was a long day and they worked very hard, they cleared up after themselves and left us with a first rate job, at a very reasonable price for what had to be done. I would highly recommend this company and their employees.

It started with a communication problem: a receptionist was off sick, and her colleagues, though really pleasant, did not manage to communicate with the boss, Lewis. However, the moment I met with Lewis, everything went just fine. The engineer, Jason, arrived to my house in 15 minutes time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, sorted it out, made sure everything worked, and gave some good advice which I followed, to my benefit. He assured me I could call him back in case of any problem. And next day Lewis himself asked if everything was OK, which I appreciated. So, I give 5 stars, as all is well that ends well.

They were professional, friendly, and kept everything tidy throughout the installation. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.

Swift Heating provided me with a very reasonable quote for a replacement boiler and very quickly arranged an appointment for fitting. From the moment Tommy arrived he worked tirelessly, never losing his sense of humour despite hitting a few problems along the way. He was outstanding in his professionalism and dedication and worked until 9pm to ensure that we were fully up and running with both heating and hot water before he left. Swift Heating is a great little company that I would highly recommend.

We were sceptical about who to choose for our work to be done and found it daunting looking at different companies but we spoke with Lewis originally who came out and gave us a quote and explained everything to us about what would happen as we were moving our boiler from a bedroom to the loft and having a new boiler , then on instalation day the 2 lads came on time and cracked on straight away and again explained everything everything step of the way ,and did a fantastic job even stayed late
to get the job done in the day , had a couple of little snags the next day small leak on radiator and a gas pipe too high for floor boards to go back down spoke with Lewis again about this and he had someone out the same day to rectify the leak and is going to redo the pipe next week absolutely fantastic service from start to finish would definitely recommend and will use again

The onsite team was polite, efficient, friendly & did a great job. They left my property clean, tidy and were done a lot faster than expected.

New boiler installed last year by Swift. This was the first annual boiler service (done by Tommy). Good communication, punctual and efficient. I had to book the service, it was not automatically done by Swift. However, there was no significant wait for the boiler service.
