Bed was meant to get delivered between 7-10, didn’t hear a peep so rang up myself to be told the waggon had broke and the bed won’t be arriving. Had to waste a days holiday to wait and if I hadn’t have made contact then I’d have been waiting around all day. Number on the website to speak to someone comes up with not recognised.

Fabulous double bed with a built-in ottoman. Very well made and solid. I absolutely love it "fabulous" delivery was quick and I definitely would recommend Restium beds.

I’ve had a great experience with this company. Communication has been great keeping me updated on my order and delivery. I ordered a winged headboard that wouldn’t fit up my stairs so I rang them and they exchanged it for one that would very swiftly like with in an hour the delivery guys were friendly and polite so i can’t fault them. The bed is great too my daughter is super happy with it.Happy all round thank you

Quick delivery….the bed so nice and very comfortable with good quality

Where do I start, delivery day missed, paid for installation and recycling, delivery driver knew nothing about it.
Had to do it myself as a pensioner (the reason I paid for installation.
Parts missing, extremely poor quality build. Poor communication and customer service. One big regret, do yourself a favour and do proper research and don't make the mistake I did.

Just received my new bed from Restium beds I have to say it’s beautiful can’t wait to try it out later the service is amazing I only waited 7days for delivery which was on time can’t thank the company especially the delivery driver who was on his own massive thank you to you all

Ordered the Belvoir ottoman bed on 30th January, delivered on 10th February. Communication wad good and all queries answered quickly. I bought professional installation, the bed was delivered to the room and put in place etc in record time! Great price for a bed, headboard and mattress.

I ordered the Leon Divan Bed from Restium Beds. The quality feels amazing and it’s completely transformed my bedroom. The built-in storage drawers are such a game changer, perfect for keeping everything tidy and organised without needing extra furniture. The orthopaedic mattress is incredibly comfortable and supportive.

Make sure you have a good team of people to get the bed in the house if you have stairs as the bed was very heavy so me and partner had to call back up to help us! 🤣

Delivery was with care

Absolute first class from the order going in to the delivered goods. The delivery guy was polite, proffessional and could not do enough to ensere everything was to my satisfaction. I will 100% recommend them to my friends and family.

Amazing service. From time the order was placed thru to delivery it was 10 days, we’re in the central belt in Scotland so it was probably a slightly longer delivery time. The delivery driver was lovely, he phoned two days before our delivery day to confirm a rough time then again on the day advising a more accurate time…..he was almost spot on …he was 5mins early 😂.
The bed itself was a single 3ft Ottoman divan bed which came in our choice of colour with matching headboard and footboard. All were beautiful packaged for protection. Our delivery driver was friendly and polite ( I didn’t catch his name), he took everything upstairs and assembled it for us. All packaging was removed and taken away in his delivery van. The bed is of a fantastic quality, really sturdy and quite heavy. The mattress that came free with the bed was the biggest surprise, we expected to have to replace it in the near future as you don’t really expect a quality item to come free. Well we were so wrong. The mattress is as good quality as the bed structure itself ! ! A good thick mattress that is definitely orthopaedic. We are just delighted with our purchase and highly recommend a Restium bed to all. Great pricing for great products with prompt friendly delivery.

I was reluctant to leave a negative review, but I feel it’s important to be honest about my experience.

The delivery of the bed was delayed by two days with no clear updates or progress provided, and communication throughout this period was quite poor.

When the bed finally arrived, there were several issues. I had specifically requested drawers at the end of the bed, but the bed was delivered with drawers on either side instead. In addition, the headboard has been cut unevenly, although this is fortunately hidden by pillows. I raised this on the same day as delivery, but no further reply!

The owner contacted me and asked for a review. I explained that I would refrain from leaving negative feedback if the issues were resolved. However, after two weeks with no response or follow‑up, I feel I have no choice but to share my experience.

I’ve got a divan and a mattress and the service have been spotless, very quick delivery and wrapped up with care. I recommend 👌🏻

Great service from this company. They made sure my new bed & mattress was delivered, built, the old one taken away - all on Christmas eve.
The bed is absolutely beautiful and the new mattress is super comfy. I wont hesitate to buy from this company again - great service, priced brilliant and quality made.

I ordered the Emily wingback bed absolutely stunning the mattress is amazing. The delivery guys were also very professional. Absolutely love my new bed and the great night sleeps I am getting. I highly recommend this company five stars all of the way !!!

Fabulous experience from choosing the perfect bed to delivery. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a bed the quality means the old one is still going strong just needed an extra bed after a house move
