You get on and you start to input information and after you have put all your time into this resume thinking you’ll have a nice professional resume. Boom! Put in your card number if you want it. There’s no way you can have this resumes you just spent how ever long on only if you pay for it. This company is a scam.

Great, easy place to have your resume done and very helpful! I feel though if one is already paying for a subscription, that when you download anything; a résumé to a cover letter, it should be for free and you shouldn’t be charged at all.

I got the email to enter my payment info and I was charged the full amount I Immediately called to get a refund. My representative was Manuel he got right onto my issue and understood what happened and he assured me that my refund was processed. I recieved my confirmation email and awaiting my refund. Thank you Manuel for your help.
