It was 2 small living room chairs which were quoted $68 for pickup. When they got here he said it will be $99 and I said no it won't. He then went back to $68 and took the chairs. I was pretty annoyed with that!

The two young men that came to pick up my donations were just great! They kept me posted on when they would arrive. They were very careful with my furniture that they had to get down a flight of stairs. I couldn't believe how fast they got the job done. I'm really happy!!!
I was also really happy with how easy it was to arrange for my pickup online.
